I’ve been caring for dogs for over 10 years and have always had a deep love for them, especially my family dog, Potter. Since my apartment doesn’t allow pets, Rover gives me the chance to enjoy my daily dose of dog time and long walks while providing attentive, reliable care.

I care for pets as if they were my own, prioritizing safety, routine, and individual needs. I’m typically the go-to for my friends who are dog owners. In a client’s home, I follow all care instructions closely with feeding schedules, walks, medication (if applicable), and preferred routines so pets feel comfortable and secure. I make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and affection, while keeping the home clean and respecting the space. I also provide regular updates so owners feel confident their pet is well cared for.

Melissa stayed at my house with my two dogs. She took them for walks, played with them and made them feel loved. She is an excellent sitter and I will definitely use her again.

Melissa is the best with my dog Zoe! She's taken her on plenty of walks and has also watched her over extended period of times. Zoe loves her and she definitely takes the time to play with Zoe, take her out on long walks and can just hang out with her to keep her company when I am away. She is super responsible, very communicative and will send update pics without needing to ask. Highly recommend!!
I’ve known Melissa for many years, and throughout that time she has consistently been a caring and responsible dog owner. She is reliable, trustworthy, and genuinely loves animals. I’ve had the pleasure of having her care for my own dog multiple times, and every time my dog Mia returns home happy and tired (the good kind of tired from plenty of walks and activity!). Schedule
I have a hybrid schedule so I’m pretty flexible. I also live about 10 min away from my job, so I may able to do late afternoon - evening walks if needed.
