For pet sitting at client’s homes, I follow all of the owner's specific routines and rules, ensuring pets feel comfortable and secure in their home environment. About: I’ve grown up with cats and dogs my whole life and have experience with other families and friends pets as well! I’ve walked neighbors dogs, watched and played with cats and more! About: I’ve had my own dog for the last 5 years, took care of my childhood dog before that, and have cared for other people’s pets throughout that time! I love spending time playing with pups outside, it’s a big part of my day anyway! I set aside 3-4 hours a day to take my dog on a walk, we frequent the meadows in golden gate park, fort funston, and some trails in the presidio. I keep my home tidy so dogs don’t have access to things they’re not supposed to eat. I make sure everyone is comfortable and have their needs taken care of (food, potty breaks, entertainment, snacks, cuddles/personal space, etc.) My dog isn’t territorial at all and quite likes having friends over, but ofc they should meet first!

During house sitting I aim to spend most of my time within your home, and will communicate in advance my needs to steps away. I can often take your pets with me, if that’s suitable for you. I usually do not step away for longer than 5 hours during overnight stays. I’d be happy to discuss your exact scheduling needs in more detail when we meet. I have flexibility to visit and walk your pet(s) multiple times throughout the day. With advanced notice, we can arrange something that works for us both and your pet, of course. I will only walk your dog(s) on leash and will avoid encounters with other pets regardless of their friendliness for the safety of your dogs. I love communicating with them as well, and am intuitive about their needs/desires. I’ll love on your babies like I would my own! I have a very flexible schedule and put 100% into my care of animals, either inside or outside of the home. Routines are a huge part of every job I’ve ever had. I am open to many different styles of routines, as well as laid-back pet care where I just hang out with them! I treat all animals, especially domesticated indoor pets, like they are my children.
