About: I’ve cared for my friends & family's dogs over the years, helping with walks, feeding, and playtime whenever they needed help. I may be new to Rover, but I’m very comfortable around dogs of all sizes. I take time to get to know each dog’s personality and follow their usual routine to make sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for. I currently work part-time, which gives me plenty of flexibility to care for dogs throughout the week. I’m available for walks and drop-ins most weekdays, as well as weekends for boarding or extended care. I love spending time outdoors, so incorporating dog walks into my day is something I truly enjoy! I live in a clean, pet friendly two bedroom apartment with a secure cement balcony that offers fresh air and outdoor space for short breaks. I make sure every pet feels safe and comfortable indoors, and I’m attentive to their needs during walks or visits. I always follow owners’ routines closely and treat every dog with the same care and attention I’d give my own.

About: I’m big on communication, I’ll make sure to send plenty of photos and updates so owners can feel at peace while away. Top priority is keeping the pet safe and showing love so they’re always comfortable in my care. I currently work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I have many breaks through out the day which is helpful when needing to take care of a pet. If I do take care of a pet at someone else’s home I would need to step out to work but I can always come back during breaks. If the clients dog is small enough I can keep at my apartment. But prefer to stay at someone’s place so the pet isn’t as restricted and is comfortable with their environment. My lifestyle is active outside and relaxing at home so if I step out with your dog then it will most likely be a long walk or hike.

About: I grew up with two Shih Tzus and was always the designated dogsitter for my aunts and cousins. I have experience with big and small dogs. I've also taken care of both puppies and elderly dogs, and I will make sure he swallows that pill! This is my main job at the moment, so my schedule is wide open! I'm free for walks all throughout the week and can do drop-ins whenever needed. I'm also available to housesit on weekends and weekdays. I don't live with any pets of my own, so I promise to care for them the way I would my own dog. Your dog has my full, undivided attention!

“April was AMAZING! She stayed at our house with our new rescue dog for a week. We were very nervous because we’re still getting to know our pup and never had anyone stay at our house before, but April put us right at ease. She knew all the questions to ask and was our dog’s BFF within five minutes of meeting him. We received pictures and videos every day so we knew what our pup was up to. It was clear that he was receiving amazing care and getting lots of adventure and cuddle time. She also took amazing care of the house; everything was immaculate when we returned. About: I have a dog named Nacho. He is a 13 year old chihuahua mix (my old man). He loves his walks and we never skip. We walk twice a day, I'll adjust times depending on how hot it is outside. I have a spacious yard for friends with pets to come play. We'll occasionally go to the dog park in the mornings or afternoons to socialize with other dogs. I have dog sat for friends/family (all different breeds & sizes!). We have lived with several different pets at a time so Nacho has no issue with other pups. He will play with small/medium size dogs closer to his size but generally will leave them alone. I have plenty of dog toys stocked up and snacks/treats (if you're ok with them). I love all animals and am very excited to meet yours! I am on my summer break from teaching at an elementary school which means plenty of free time to give your pet all the attention! While I understand all basic care instructions, I value if there are any special requests or concerns. Will definitely do my best to make sure your pet is in the safest and best care possible.
