“Tommy was absolutely amazing!! This was my first time using Rover in about 5 years and the first time with my current dog. Tommy asked all the right questions at our meet and greet and my dog felt comfortable with him right away. Communication was excellent before and during the stay, and Tommy takes such beautiful pictures of the pups! I honestly could not have asked for a better experience- Tommy is a real pro and you can tell he really cares about providing wonderful care to the pups and excellent service. I would highly recommend without hesitation. Thank you, Tommy!!”

“Adam is fantastic! He was so great with our senior girl and was super relaxed and communicative. Very easy to work with and our doggie seemed like she had a great time with him. We will definitely hire Adam again in the future :)”

“Katherine really helped us out with sitting with Farrah for the day. We had plans to be in San Diego for the day and didn’t want to leave our Farrah alone for a long time due to some separation anxiety. We appreciate Katherine suggesting a meet and greet to go over a few things. During the day we receive pictures with updates which made us feel comfortable and know Farrah was in great hands. We would definitely love to book Katerine again for any future trips.”

About: I have been the go-to pet sitter for my friends, families, and neighbors growing up. I worked at a doggy daycare during the summers and home baked dog treats in my spare time. Now I find my days working from home incomplete without a furry friend! I am great with any breed, size, and energy. Excited to give you peace of mind and your pet all the care and attention they need! I currently work from home. My meetings usually happen in the mid morning / afternoon between 10 and 2pm but I have a very flexible schedule. I am very attentive to the needs of the animals I care for. Most of the pets I have taken care of have some degree of separation anxiety so I have gotten accustomed to finding ways to soothe their anxiety weather it’s putting a show on for them, pets and cuddles, or lots of playtime! If your furry friend is shy or timid, no worries! I will let them come to me and treat them with respect and patience.
“Gaby is a lifesaver! My senior dog was diagnosed with retinal degeneration disease and went blind within a matter of weeks. She had to undergo medication right away, which had side effects in the bowels... all the day before I had to leave town. This was the first time Gaby met and stayed with our dog. She went beyond the call, going to the store to get pumpkin, paper towels, and everything else that was needed. My dog loves her, we love her, and I don't think anyone else will ever be able to take care of our dog but Gaby. Thank you for your kindness and patience.”

About: I’ve always loved animals and grew up with dogs! I have experience caring for dogs with a variety of personalities, ages, and needs. I’m attentive to each pet’s individual routine, whether that means keeping up with an energetic pup, providing extra patience and care for senior dogs, or giving a nervous dog time to feel comfortable in a new environment. I’m also comfortable with administering medications when needed and making sure every pet gets plenty of attention, playtime, walks, and, most importantly, lots of love! I work from home three days a week, which gives me plenty of flexibility and time to care for dogs throughout the day. I’m able to give them lots of attention, regular potty breaks and walks, playtime, and companionship rather than leaving them alone for long periods. I live in a comfortable apartment in a quiet, residential area that’s perfect for daily walks and getting some fresh air. There’s also a dog park nearby for dogs who enjoy socializing and playing, as long as it’s a good fit for their personality and comfort level. I’m happy to care for pets in my home or in their home and will always follow their usual routines, preferences, and individual needs to help them feel safe and comfortable!
“Vincent is the best sitter we have ever hired! We had a last minute situation come up with our boarding facility and Vincent stepped in last minute and truly saved our holiday trip. There is no better feeling than knowing your baby is taken care of while you are gone! Vincent took her on so many walks, play dates, and sent so many photos and videos. He also took amazing care of our home while we were gone! We will be rebooking with him and recommending his services to all of our friends. Thank you Vincent, you are the absolute best!”

About: I’m big on communication, I’ll make sure to send plenty of photos and updates so owners can feel at peace while away. Top priority is keeping the pet safe and showing love so they’re always comfortable in my care. I currently work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I have many breaks through out the day which is helpful when needing to take care of a pet. If I do take care of a pet at someone else’s home I would need to step out to work but I can always come back during breaks. If the clients dog is small enough I can keep at my apartment. But prefer to stay at someone’s place so the pet isn’t as restricted and is comfortable with their environment. My lifestyle is active outside and relaxing at home so if I step out with your dog then it will most likely be a long walk or hike.
“Emily was amazing! It was our first time since moving to LA last summer having a pet sitter and we were gone for almost two weeks but Emily was so kind and communicative and left us at ease knowing our baby was safe and happy while we were away sending photos and updates along the way! Would definitely hire again 🩷”

“Thank goodness for Grace! She is the dream pet sitter. She was so helpful, communicative, and most importantly made me feel so much better about leaving my kitty. So grateful for her!”

About: I’m a longtime animal shelter volunteer, foster, and pet owner! I have experience with animals of all ages, sizes, behavioral needs, and medical needs! I’m especially experienced with reactive dogs, pets that have medical needs/disabilities, and senior animals. I work a hybrid job, and I am out of the house for about 4 hours per day 3 days a week, but my schedule is flexible with advanced notice! I make time and prioritize the needs of any pets in my care. I understand the importance of keeping your beloved pets in a comfortable environment, so I am happy to provide in home care for all of your animals needs. I’m also very experienced with escape artist pets, and prioritize safety and security at all times!
“Monika was very communicative and sent regular updates and photos. I was grateful Monika agreed to cat sit last minute and felt confident leaving my cat in her care.”

About: I grew up with mostly dogs, but also ended up with three cats. I’ve pet sat for family and friends. But more recently have dog sat while my clients were on vacation. They were senior dogs who needed medication and some extra love and care. I’m currently an afternoon nanny 2pm-6pm on Week days. This will allow me to do early mornings and midday visits or walks. I am open to evening visits as well. My weekends are some what flexible, with enough advance notice I am free to visit or petsit if schedule permits. If I’m going to walk your dog or do a drop in on your kitty. I”ll make sure that I arrive promptly, take them for a walk or check on kitty, feed and give them attention (if they want it it) and provide update. I’ll make sure to be respectful of your space and privacy. When I sit for a family I can do drop ins or spend the night. I’ll walk, cuddle, keep your pet company, and feed them until I have to be at work in the afternoon. I”ll come back after and get back to the routine with walking, feeding, playing whatever your pet may need. I’ll make sure to clean up after my visits and respect your home.
“Ashley was absolutely incredible and I couldn’t recommend her more! ❤️ So grateful we found her. She spent all day with our pups and gave them so much love and care. It’s always nerve-wracking leaving your house and your dogs but honestly they *loved* her and became fast friends. I wouldn’t even hesitate to book her again. She was so respectful of our home and our concerns and sent great updates to ease our worries!”

“Sara took such good care of my cats while I was out of town! She was great about sending updates and communicating with me. It was great not having to worry about my cats while I was gone!”

About: I've been a doggie-sitter for over 20 years. One client was every year, for 2 months at a time. It is my passion - I simply love dogs, they are the best people! I do this full-time. I come to your home to doggie-sit, for long or short periods of time, as well as overnight, if needed. I can make special visits for your dog's needs... potty-time, playtime or feeding. I sit only for dogs, as I'm allergic to cats. Although I have been a caregiver for the elderly for many years, I wish to devote my time to dogs now - the bigger the better - those gentle giants! I come to you. I doggie-sit at your home and can walk your dog(s) and take them where ever needed (the park or vet). Or I can play with them and love on them at your home. I can give any medications, and I'm dependable with a schedule. All dogs seem to love me. I look forward to meeting your wonderful doggies. Because I live in an apartment I can't have dogs at my place, although it would be heaven!
About: I have been an animal lover since I was a baby, and my family has had dogs, cats, rodents and even horses since I can remember. I’ve taken care of and loved our family pets as well as those of friends, neighbors and relatives, which involved walking, feeding, bathing, and providing general care and exercise, medication, and supplements when needed. I am an actress so my work is pretty flexible and I have a part-time job on weekends at night (usually 9pm-3:30am), so weekdays are generally open for me to take care of your pet’s specific needs. I am incredibly clean and tidy, so when taking care of your pet in your home i will ensure that both your living space and your buddy is happy and well taken care of. I work a part-time job while on my acting journey, so I have quite a bit of free time! Usually weekends are my busiest, but Monday-Thursday I am available. I usually have the owner walk me through their routine with their pet: what rooms are fair game for the pet to go into, where all the toys are, what is the food/treat situation, what to do in an emergency and who to contact first, etc. I also make sure their pet is comfortable with me in general and especially without the owner there. Lots of positive reinforcement!
“Caroline was the perfect fit for staying over & watching our 2 week old puppy! She was kind enough to drop by for a meet and greet the day prior so Mazzy could sniff her out and get comfortable. They spent the day together & Caroline sent lots of photo updates which was appreciated!”

The median cost per night for house sitting in Beverly Glen is $63
Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Beverly Glen
Joanne was amazing. There was meet and greet before the actual day of dog sitting. She gave us frequent updates and pictures of our little one throughout the day. She arrived on time in the morning. She followed all our instructions. Happy to have met her through Rover.

Alexandria is the best! We continue to be so happy that she’s available to sit for our dog. She’s super thoughtful and takes such good care of him. Sends us nightly check-ins so we know all is well but doesn’t over-communicate. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter!

Lauren is fantastic. She sent us regular updates and photos and was a great communicator. We felt so comfortable and at ease being away with her there taking care of Percy, and it was clear that he quickly felt comfy with her too. We look forward to working with her again.

Anna was fantastic. Our pup can be a little nervous with new people, and this was our first time leaving her with someone from Rover. Anna was amazing about communicating, updating us about how she was doing and Marina ended up cuddling with her all night. Thankful our first experience went so well!

Dani always takes wonderful care of my animals, and I feel like I can actually relax when I travel because of the quality of care provided. She’s very attentive and easy to work with, and it’s obvious that she really loves animals and cares about doing right by them.

Blake was fantastic! He took great care of our dogs and our home while we were away. Our dogs were happy, relaxed, and very well looked after. We would happily recommend Blake to anyone looking for a reliable house sitter / pet sitter, and we'd love to have him back again.

Julia was an awesome house sitter!! She took care of our dog and cat and took such good care of them. We get a lot of anxiety because our dog is older with severe stomach issues and separation anxiety but she did really great in Julia’s care. She also was very communicative with us and sent lots of pictures which we really appreciated. It’s also a little anxiety inducing leaving your home to someone you don’t know, but Julia left the apartment in pretty much the exact shape we left it and was super responsible with our home. Will def boob her again!

f I could give Scott more than 5 stars, I would! We were away on an 18-day international trip, leaving our 13-year-old senior dog, Dexter, in Scott's care. He exceeded every expectation and gave us complete peace of mind. During our trip, Dexter experienced a seizure and wasn't feeling well for a couple of days. At the same time, our neighborhood was impacted by the West Hollywood water main break, with water rushing down the street just feet from our building. Through it all, Scott remained calm, compassionate, and in complete control. He cared for Dexter exactly as we would have and kept us updated with consistent communication, photos, and videos. When our flight home was delayed in New York by more than three hours, Scott immediately offered to extend his stay for as long as needed to ensure Dexter was never left alone. That kindness and flexibility meant so much to us. Scott also took wonderful care of our home and was the perfect house guest. It's clear he genuinely loves animals and treats them like family. We came home to a happy Dexter and a spotless home. We wholeheartedly recommend Scott to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and dependable pet sitter. We will absolutely be booking with him again. Thank you, Scott, for taking such incredible care of Dexter!
