She sent us a ton of updates and photos throughout the day so we felt comfortable and happy knowing he was having such a good time. She was super flexible when we ran late both at drop off and pick up time(universal studios made our timing a little unpredictable). Our pup was so tuckered out from playing that he slept through the entire night at our hotel, no barking!! Therese was incredibly flexible and accommodating, especially during a longer day of care.
