Lani is friendly but doesn't take right away to everyone so we were prepared to meet with multiple prospective sitters. Here in Santa Monica there are an abundance of reputable options on Rover, however 15 minutes into the meet & greet my girlfriend and I knew we had found the one. Lani immediately warmed up to him and was so excited for her weekend playdate as we walked out the door. He took excellent care of her while we were away, and left our apartment in the same if not better condition than we left it. All in all we couldn't have asked for a better sitter, and we will absolutely be booking him again in the near future!”

About: I’ve been a caretaker in one form or another since I was very young. I started as the neighborhood baby/pet/house sitter, and later became a professional nanny—where caring for children also meant caring for the family pets and homes. Although I stepped away from nannying, I still love caring for animals. I travel for work about a week out of every month, which makes having a pet of my own difficult right now, so pet sitting has been the perfect way to stay connected to animals while helping other pet parents feel at ease. I’ve been dog and house sitting for friends and referrals, and I treat every pet like they’re my own—with patience, affection, attention, and reliable care. Whether your pup loves long walks, your cat loves playtime, cuddles, or just a calm and consistent companion, I’m happy to provide dependable, loving care in the comfort of their own home.
