About: I'm a cat and dog owner myself, my fur baby is 7 years old. I rescued him from the pound when he was 3 months old (it was love at first sight for me) and a 3-year-old lab/retriever. I rescued him, and he's amazing. I will take care of your fur baby like it's mine. I work remotely, so I am home all day and night. I only step out too go to the gym, and to take and pick up my daughter from school. I have a big house, so your pet will have plenty of space to run around in and friendly pets to play with and have fun.

About: I have a rich personal history of caring for dogs. Since childhood, I’ve lived in a family with dogs of all sizes — from a small breed like the Russian Toy Terrier to a large breed like the Collie. This gave me experience with different temperaments, energy levels, and care needs. Later, I had a pug of my own, and taking care of him was a big part of my daily life. He taught me responsibility, patience, and how to be attentive to a dog’s emotional well-being. I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, brushing, playing, and simply spending time with dogs. I always try to create a calm, safe space where they can feel relaxed and loved. I am currently not employed full-time, which gives me the flexibility to fully dedicate my time and attention to caring for your dog. I am available during the day for walks, playtime, and companionship, and I can also offer overnight care in a calm and cozy environment. I’m also happy to arrange drop-off or pick-up at any time that works best for you. This allows me to give your dog plenty of love and attention both day and night. I live in a spacious apartment in Sun Valley, Los Angeles, with a securely fenced area outside — perfect for safe potty breaks and fresh air. The space is comfortable for both small and large dogs, with plenty of room to play, relax, and feel at ease. My home is quiet, pet-free, and air-conditioned, making it a comfortable space during warmer days. I also live near a local park, which is great for longer walks and some extra fun time outside. Your dog will have my full attention, and I always do my best to create a warm, loving environment that feels just like home.

“Bonn was great with Teddy Max! TM is a shy pupper but he came home more confident everyday, he had sweet people to interact with and another little dog so he didn’t feel intimidated by the situation. We’ll probably be back again if he’ll have us.”

“I was looking for a daycare option for my corgi to get used to bigger dogs again after a bad experience with a loose dog. Brasilio gladly did a meet and greet with us and brought his Husky to meet Tucker. He was very laid back with Tucker and very comfortable giving him a chance to get acclimated to his dog. Tucker responded very well so I felt like he’d be in good hands w/ Brasilio. He was also very accommodating when he needed to stay overnight when I had a schedule change and wanted to just pick him up the next day. Tucker has been doing MUCH better with new dog friends thanks to Brasilio!”

About: In the past, I was trained as a Customer Advisor at Petco and worked at a doggy daycare afterwards, making me well experienced in warning signs for any allergies or illnesses and much more detail oriented than your average sitter. If ever needed, I can also provide knowledge on what are the best products to recommend for your pet to fit their specific needs. I have had animals my whole life and I know what it feels like to be away from home and miss my pets dearly. When your dog or cat stays with me, I will keep you updated as much as possible. Sending pictures and/or videos to make you feel like your little ones are still with you and that you haven't missed a beat!

About: Hello, my name is Brenda. I am a dog owner myself and have over 14 years of experience taking care of dogs. I grew up around all kinds of dogs, cats, and different animals. I am a strong believer pets are family and should be treated as such. I really love and enjoy the companionship of pets and the satisfaction of being able to take care of them. I am available weekdays, weekends, and holidays. I look forward to the opportunity of being able to take care of your loving pets. I work part-time and have plenty of time to spend with your puppies, walk them, and play with them. My children love and enjoy your puppies' companion. They look forward to every visit with great enthusiasm. I live in a non-smoking home with a spacious, fenced yard. I have a small female shih tzu mix and a female husky whom are very friendly and love to have friends over to play.

About: I’ve had several dogs throughout my life and will probably be getting another one or two within the next year. My main option on here is dog boarding but, depending on the dog boarding schedule, I or somebody else on my team could also be open to do drop ins, house sitting, or walks, especially for those who have already used our boarding services. Please ask about these additional services after a confirmed boarding session. I’m in the middle of taking a few years off from teaching high school because A) Who couldn’t use a break from that? and B) I am focusing on building up a short-term rental business (Airbnb mostly). As an Airbnb host I spend a lot of time at home and have found that one of my favorite things to do is play with dogs in the yard (especially, when there’s more than one of them here at the same time!) and take them on trips to the park. I love dogs and am very reliable, trustworthy, and flexible. I live in a house with a fenced yard and all of the instructions you leave will be followed to keep your little buddy happy & safe! I am home most of the day and when I do leave it's usually only for an hour or two at a time. Most of what I do at home (working on a computer, household chores, yard work) I do in the presence of whatever dogs happen to be staying at that time. One limitation that I do try to stick to is to avoid scheduling drop-offs or pickups on Sundays before 10:00 am. Unfortunately, Rover doesn't give me the option to block off those times without blocking out the entire day so adding this note here is the only way to give you a heads up (hopefully, you read this before booking). I have a fenced yard and usually board 2 or 3 dogs at a time so that they have playmates. If ever I leave the house, dogs are left inside. Dogs that stay here must be up to date on shots as well as on a flea-prevention medication.

“Another awesome stay for Chili! Updates throughout the day were great and they even found a toy for Chili that she couldn't destroy! Chili is already looking to schedule her next stay. Thanks again guys!”

About: Hello! My name is Jen, and I share this Rover account with my partner, Jamie. He also has his own Rover account if you’d like to check his references. We work together on all Rover jobs, so if you book with us, both of us will attend the meet and greet. We believe having both of us present is beneficial, especially if your pet needs round-the-clock care. I hold a degree in Exotic Animal Training and Management and have experience as an animal trainer. Previously, I worked at the Animal Actors show at Universal Studios, where I cared for over 40 dogs of various breeds and sizes, as well as many cats. I also have experience working in vet clinics and am skilled in administering medication. My true passion lies in wildlife conservation, and I recently completed a master's degree in Conservation Wildlife at Miami University. Currently, I work at the Los Angeles Zoo, with the ultimate goal of contributing to the well-being of animals worldwide. Note: Our pricing is negotiable. If you have a pet that is particularly easy to care for, or if your pet has special needs, we can discuss the details and adjust the pricing accordingly. Feel free to reach out so we can find a solution that works for both you and your pet. We are looking forward to the opportunity to meet and care for your pet! I work full time S-Wed. Jamie works gigs in the evenings or nighttime as needed. We live together in a house with a yard if you do decide to do a boarding with us. If you decide to do a sitting we both stay at the house. He is also on Rover, please ask for a link to his profile if interested. We have a large house with fenced yard. I can crate the dogs if that is something that is preferred, and I am a professional animal trainer. Someone will be with your pet 24/7. We have a dog small/medium size dog in the house named Emmy, as well as a small dog named Ramon. Therefore for boardings your dogs must get along with others.

Robert T.
“I used to have a small West Highland White Terrier named Horchata while I rented a room in one of Robert’s properties a few years ago and he was always happy to take care of her while I was gone. Robert knew how important it was to me to walk her daily and dedicate time for play. He saw that Horchata got her exercise and made sure she felt loved by playing ball with her while I was out of town. At one point, I worked nights and when Horchata had an infection, he offered to check on her during her sleep while she was ill. Robert made me feel my doggy was in safe and loving hands and I would definitely recommend him for dog sitting!”
