About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, including many many guests, and I treat every animal in my house like family. I know that every guest needs something different and I put real effort into making sure they are comfortable and HAPPY. I do not believe in negative reinforcement, and I focus on building trust through patience. I know that settling into a new home can be overwhelming for some pups. To make this easy, my house is set up to cater to as many different needs as possible. I have a dedicated room (my gym) for dogs that need to be alone and watch Bluey on the TV in there, but I prefer to make my guests comfortable to lounge on the many dog beds I have scattered around the house. Also, my home features solid flooring, so I have 0 issue with catering to nerves while your fur baby is settling in. I do my best to make them comfortable while they are in a temporary new pack. I also have crates available if your dog finds comfort in that. Their choice. But otherwise, they have the run of the place just like any loved family animal should. I have a secure fenced yard and I never leave my guests outside even for a short time, and then they are back inside with me. I also play, however much your fur baby wants to. Fetch, soccer, whatever makes them happy. This is the best part of this job. My goal is to provide a calm, affectionate environment where your dog feels safe, understood, and truly at home while you’re away. I work as a consultant with a flexible schedule, which means I am home and available for my guests throughout the day. My routine is built around the dogs—we do morning yard time, afternoon play sessions (soccer and fetch are favorites), and plenty of lounging in between. Because I’m based at home, I can provide the consistent supervision and companionship that helps dogs feel secure when they are in a new space without their humans. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a fully secured, fenced yard for outdoor play, but I never leave guests unattended outside; we go out together and come back in together. Inside, my home is designed for dogs, featuring solid flooring for easy cleanup and a dedicated room with Bluey on TV for pups who need a break. Whether your dog prefers to snuggle on one of the many beds scattered around or on the couch or in an open crate, I happily accommodate their needs.

My name’s Anika and I love spending my time with animals. :) I’ve been pet-sitting for the past year or so for different people in my neighborhood and have helped so, sooo many animals and people with their pets over the course of my life! I started asking myself what field of work I could see myself doing regularly while also working on the skills I’d like to develop, and being around and taking care of animals wins every time. My family in Chicago adopted my dog over 10 years ago now, I adopted a cat that I’ve had with me in LA for the last 2 years and I grew up with birds! I even had a fish for a very brief period of time before passing it along to someone else. Ensuring that my pets are always safe is my no.1 priority, I am constantly googling things to make sure everything is alright and up-to-date with them. I also work mostly from home- I own my own Airbnb business which I can do from anywhere which allows me to be at home with them often. I am also a musician so have to travel for that from time to time, but usually not for extended periods of time, just for a few hours in the day/ night. I love nature and all living things and will do everything in my power to make sure your babies are happy, safe and entertained with me! As of right now, I take care of 2 of my neighbors pets whenever they need me to. I just got done with baby sitting for my upstairs neighbor Kate over the last 3 weeks. Her frenchie mo is the sweetest boy ever, we went on walks every day, I fed him salmon, put in his ear medicine nightly and massaged his hind legs. When we weren’t outside or playing some sort of game/ activity, we were just chilling with one another while I worked on my laptop. I’m able to be with your per as much as needed, and more than just take care of them, I make sure to bond with every animal I interact with and give them plenty of love so they don’t feel the lack of your presence 🥺 At the end of the day, they’re all just lil babies. I am able to stay anywhere for any period of time as long as I am able to earn more than my monthly rent during said duration. I live with my cat in an apartment with 3 other roommates, a dog and another cat. I’m able to have pets here during the day time because we have a backyard, movie room, gym and co-working space but it gets challenging at night because there’s not really a place for them to sleep since my cat sleeps in my room. I’m down to do absolutely anything it takes to make sure that your loved one is okay while you’re away.

I am always stressed out to find people who can watch Lucky, since he needs handlers who are experienced and knows dogs of his kind. He did wonderful with Jessica, and absolutely adored her. I could be at work peacefully, knowing how nicely they got along. She took good care of him, shared updates and Lucky was sad when she was leaving, which means that I have to get her help again soon.”
About: In addition to being raised with dogs I rescued and trained my own puppy in 2013. Olive was a treasure I had until she passed this last March at 13 years old. I’m not ready for my own dog just yet but it’s my hope that I can use my experience and my love of dogs to help others ☺️❤️ I work from home so my routine currently is to get up at 8 to take my cat (dog friendly) for a brief walk around the block. About: As an animal lover and previous dog and cat owner, I’ve become a caretaker for all of my loved one’s animals as I’m unable to have pets of my own at the moment. I’ve cared for and lived with a variety of dogs of various sizes, ages and breeds. I’ve also experienced caring for animals with health issues and strict diets so I know the importance of paying attention to detail! Animals love being in my home and I love ensuring they’re comfortable with me in theirs for any overnight stays. I’m a freelance wardrobe stylist who is home the majority of the week. I’m an early riser and stay up late enough for any night time needs. I have reliable transportation and live in the middle LA with the ability to travel anywhere in the city. Walking is my main source of exercise and I know amazing places all over LA to take furry friends. I have taken care of multiple dogs in my apartment and there’s been no issues. We have an outdoor pet area and I live near great places to take pups out and about. My building manager and I have a great relationship and she is a dog owner as well, so there’s no issue with having different animals at my place. I’m used to different locations for work due to my freelance job so my comfortability of driving to a client’s home is absolutely no issue!

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, including many many guests, and I treat every animal in my house like family. I know that every guest needs something different and I put real effort into making sure they are comfortable and HAPPY. I do not believe in negative reinforcement, and I focus on building trust through patience. I know that settling into a new home can be overwhelming for some pups. To make this easy, my house is set up to cater to as many different needs as possible. I have a dedicated room (my gym) for dogs that need to be alone and watch Bluey on the TV in there, but I prefer to make my guests comfortable to lounge on the many dog beds I have scattered around the house. Also, my home features solid flooring, so I have 0 issue with catering to nerves while your fur baby is settling in. I do my best to make them comfortable while they are in a temporary new pack. I also have crates available if your dog finds comfort in that. Their choice. But otherwise, they have the run of the place just like any loved family animal should. I have a secure fenced yard and I never leave my guests outside even for a short time, and then they are back inside with me. I also play, however much your fur baby wants to. Fetch, soccer, whatever makes them happy. This is the best part of this job. My goal is to provide a calm, affectionate environment where your dog feels safe, understood, and truly at home while you’re away. I work as a consultant with a flexible schedule, which means I am home and available for my guests throughout the day. My routine is built around the dogs—we do morning yard time, afternoon play sessions (soccer and fetch are favorites), and plenty of lounging in between. Because I’m based at home, I can provide the consistent supervision and companionship that helps dogs feel secure when they are in a new space without their humans. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a fully secured, fenced yard for outdoor play, but I never leave guests unattended outside; we go out together and come back in together. Inside, my home is designed for dogs, featuring solid flooring for easy cleanup and a dedicated room with Bluey on TV for pups who need a break. Whether your dog prefers to snuggle on one of the many beds scattered around or on the couch or in an open crate, I happily accommodate their needs.
