Firstly, I’ve been caring for animals for over five years and genuinely love spending time with them. I’m the primary person providing care through Rover and will be responsible for your pet’s walks, feeding, playtime, basic grooming, and following any specific care instructions you provide. My partner also lives with me, so naturally, your pet will interact with him during their stay as part of our home environment. He is equally loving and caring toward the animals we welcome into our home, and we both want every pet to feel comfortable, safe, and cared for. Animals tend to warm up to us quickly, and we take the time to understand each dog’s individual personality and energy level. While I’m the primary Rover sitter, your pet will benefit from a warm, attentive, and loving home environment throughout their stay. 🐾❤️

Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into our lifestyle! My partner and I both work from home, which gives us a flexible schedule and allows us to be present with your pet throughout the day rather than leaving them alone for long periods. We’re able to provide plenty of attention, walks, playtime, potty breaks, and companionship while keeping your pet’s normal routine as consistent as possible. We’re also happy to work around your schedule and your pet’s individual needs to make sure they feel comfortable, happy, and at home.

We know how personal it is to leave your pet and your home in someone else’s care, so we take that responsibility seriously. My partner and I create a calm, clean, and secure environment where pets can settle in comfortably and feel at ease. We carefully follow your instructions and keep their normal routines, boundaries, and individual needs in mind throughout their stay. We’re attentive to doors, gates, feeding, walks, and anything else that could affect your pet’s safety. We also believe you should never have to wonder how your pet is doing, so we’re happy to send regular photos and updates throughout their time with us. Our goal is for you to feel completely comfortable while you’re away, knowing your pet is safe, happy, and in caring hands. 🐾
A typical day
We like to make each day fun, comfortable, and tailored to your pet’s personality and routine. We’ll start the day with whatever they’re used to, whether that’s a morning walk, breakfast, playtime, or some quiet cuddles. Since my partner and I work from home, we’re able to give them plenty of attention and companionship throughout the day rather than leaving them alone for long periods. Depending on their energy level, we’ll enjoy walks, playtime, enrichment, exploring the neighborhood, and plenty of one-on-one attention. We also make sure there’s plenty of calm downtime so they can relax, nap, and feel settled. We’ll keep their usual feeding, potty, medication, and rest schedule as consistent as possible. Most importantly, we want their time with us to feel like a fun little vacation, not just pet sitting. Lots of attention, belly rubs, cuddles, play, and of course, a few well-earned treats! 🐾❤️

- Every pet is unique, and the more we know about your pet beforehand, the better we can make their experience with us. We’d love to know their usual routine, personality, energy level, feeding and potty schedule, favorite activities, and anything that helps them feel comfortable and happy. Please also let us know about any allergies, dietary restrictions, medications, behavioral quirks, fears, triggers, or special care they may need. If there’s anything your pet absolutely loves, or anything they don’t like, we want to know! We’re always happy to follow your instructions closely and keep their routine as familiar and consistent as possible. Our goal is to understand your pet before they arrive so they can settle in quickly, feel safe, and have the best experience possible with us. 🐾❤️
