Hi Pawrents 🐾 I am a big time animal lover and take pride in the care I provide and knowledge I’ve acquired over the years on Rover. Even tho I’ve had animals my entire life, Pet sitting in LA started off as something I thought would be fun since in 2017 I had no pets and thought “what a great idea to get paid for having a dog and cat “ 🤣 . Fast forward to 2024, I now have two dogs of my own , one of which was surrendered to me by a former dog sitting client (Boba-Shitzhu), and the other who was surrendered to me by a family in Georgia (Tokyo-Pekingese/Chihuahua ). Animals are my life. I take pride in being fully present for my pets as well as others since I work from home full time and a major home body. I am extremely knowledgeable when it comes to training, nutrition, mental stimulation, proper exercise and hygiene 💗 Boarding: Boarding with me all you need to bring is their leash and their food/treats. I provide toys, beds, bowls, poop bags,sanitary wipes, and a pet fountain that has two built in human grade filters. Drop ins: Drop ins with me you can expect your home to look exactly how you left it, lots of pictures, and thorough notes. Just make sure you leave enough cleaning supplies around and on top of making sure your pet is loved and cared for I’ll make sure to vacuum/ wipe/ tidy up any little things they added to the aesthetic of your home while you were away ex: pet hair on counters/floor, crumbs of food on floor, and any plants they may have dropped while playing by themselves when no one is around 🤣 Drop ins w/ Walks: Expect your dog to be with a workout buddy and a tutor lol. I pride myself in making sure animals get the proper exercise and mental stimulation needed to ensure low stress and more chill demeanor when they return home. I love teaching dogs to play hide and seek, funny tricks, stay, etc. I use to be a behavioral analyst when I was in a college so I have a very deep understanding of how behavior works. Puppies/ Potty Training: Say good bye to your dog peeing on carpets, and having accidents. I have potty trained many puppies on rover and it’s something that I am currently offering along with their care. I can train puppies to be fully outside dogs in 2 weeks or less.. I use the umbilical method where the puppy with me 24/7 attached my hip. This is perfect for anyone who is super busy and doesn’t have much time to catch all the inconsistencies in their dogs potty training. I believe that the best place for a dog to pee and poop is outside only, the second they use pee pee pads in doors only trains them that peeing and pooping at home is good. Which is why I take pride in all the puppies I’ve trained to be pee pad free after my training. They all hold it till they get walked. Baths: Include shampoo/conditioner, nail filing, ear cleaning, and toothbrush (you provide), and body moisturizer. I only use hypoallergenic and organic supplies. I also use the method my holistic vet recommends for grooming my own pets. She also shows poodles on the side and has a grooming biz. For Shampooing and conditioning I do 10 mins of shampoo, 15mins of conditioners. For nail trims I find it more gentle to file their nails rather than clip them since I am not their Pawrent. For ear cleaning I use a probiotic cleanser cleanser and a colonial silver solution.
