Hi! My name is Imogen (or Genie for short), and I have 20 years of experience in caring for cats, dogs, and birds. I love every kind of animal from terriers to tarantulas, and I enjoy caring for them all to the highest standard. It’s very important to me to respect your wishes regarding your pet and home, by following your instructions perfectly. Every pet is unique, so I’ll do my best to be attentive to their specific needs and body language to make sure our routine is enjoyable and fulfilling. I have reliable transportation, a flexible schedule as a freelance artist, and many years of experience with a variety of animals. I am First Aid/CPR certified through the Red Cross for dogs and cats. Each walk or visit will include daily summaries and photos of our time together to give you peace of mind. I love to capture high quality and fun photos of your pet showing off their personality, and often hear from my clients how much they appreciate the pics I send them. For sitting, I am happy to feed fish, check mail, water plants and do light gardening. I look forward to meeting you and caring for your beloved pets!

Imogen is the best carer ever for our cat, Mina! She was so professional, helpful, and communicative while we were away on vacation and she was dropping in to care for Mina, who was on medication. Any nerves I had about leaving our girl while she was on temporary meds were completely put at ease by Imogen’s excellent care. We felt so reassured knowing Mina was in such good hands and happy to see her each day!

Genie is truly the best pet sitter we could ask for. She goes above and beyond every single time she cares for our cat, Bonez, and it gives us so much peace of mind whenever we're away. She's incredibly thoughtful, communicative, and attentive. She doesn't just make sure Bonez has everything she needs. She genuinely cares about her happiness and well-being. We always come home to a happy, relaxed cat, and it's obvious Bonez feels comfortable and safe with Genie. Genie is reliable, trustworthy, and treats our home and our pet with so much care. Schedule
*Returning clients, please feel free to request dates even if my calendar says I'm unavailable* As a freelance artist and full-time mostly online student, I’m free to make my own schedule and I’m also available on most holidays. My policy is to limit myself to 4-6 bookings per day max, to ensure that I can take my time and provide the highest level of care for your pets. This also ensures that I'm not away from my housesitting clients' homes for too many hours at a time.

- Please let me know if your pet has any special needs or any trained habits you would like to keep up. Additional important info includes: Are they reactive around people and other dogs? Vet contact info and address, any known allergies, medications, their feeding schedule, potty break schedule, energy level, triggers, if/when treats should be offered, and their favorite toys.
