About: What your pup gets on a stay stay with them: ~ At least 2 walks a day. ~ Affection galore (one of the most important parts, and they will still be happy to go home to you. :) ~ Feeding schedule and types of food stuck to (a change in food is one of the things that can make pups most nervous). ~ A peaceful time to sleep. ~ And, play! ~ and pictures and videos for you, depending on whether the pups keep doing what they are doing while I break out my phone. HaHa! My dear Poco has crossed the rainbow 🌈 bridge: April 29, 2024. She lived a very long a full life and I continue this work knowing she is still my “assistant”. So when your pal(s) stay with me they will have a personal private stay. I work freelance, so am available most of the time (more times than not). I shift from thing to thing easily and always make sure the pets' needs are the first priority. Seriously though, making sure peoples fur-children are safe is my number one priority. I don't lead with that thought of what could happen in conversation because we never want to think about it, but I take safety measures such as always checking leashes harnesses are secure and tight enough they won't slip out. I wrap the leash around my wrist in a way that will keep them secure even if they get startled. I check areas to make sure there are no tempting things to eat on walks or in any areas. I listen to pet "owners" regarding what they know about their "kids" and make sure to follow instructions.

My friends know that I’m the one to call if they need a cat/dog sitter because I can’t say no — I practically beg to do it! I pride myself on prioritizing pets’ comfort and respecting body language and signaling (care is a conversation!); I can handle the sensitivity that is sometimes required for our more shy and reserved pals. If you’re generally low on time, I don’t mind making an extra run for food or litter! Keeping pets on schedule, their spaces tidy, and encouraging movement are all as important to me as gushing over their cuteness and offering them love as if they were my own. Can’t wait to meet yours! My availability is currently fully flexible. I can adapt to most time frames; from a quick check in and litter scoop, to full-shift morning to evening pet hangouts. Attention to detail is my top key to staying ahead of their needs, from the information you’re providing to the mindful present monitoring of pet and environment you can expect from me throughout our time. I understand that each animal’s needs will be so different from the next. Building trust with our animal friends means being able to better understand what we can offer them!
