Caring for Pets Like They’re My Own
I’ve been providing loving and reliable pet and house sitting services in Los Angeles for over 10 years. What started as helping out close friends and neighbors has grown into a true passion for caring for animals of all kinds. I only have a cat on my own but love dogs just as much! I’ve had the pleasure of working with a wide range of dog breeds from Frenchies and Pomeranians to Labs and Pit mixes. No matter what their needs are, I make sure to take the best care of them! I have also had the pleasure to care for a range of cats, I love to see all of the different personalities that they have. I understand how important it is to feel at ease when leaving your pet in someone else’s hands. My goal is always to keep your pets happy, healthy, and comfortable, and treat them as if they were my own. I’m always happy to send regular photo updates, so you can stay connected and worry-free while you’re away. I live and work in Downtown Los Angeles, so this is also where i mainly provide my services.

Sofia took great care of our two cats while we were away for the weekend, just as she did the first time we booked with her. She took plenty of pictures and gave clear updates that gave us peace of mind while we were away. We would definitely have Sofia look after them again.
This was my 3rd time booking Sofia and every time has been a pleasure! She takes such good care of my sweet KJ, always leaves a summary of her visit with lots of photos of their time together:). I will continue to book with Sofia and would highly recommend her services to my friends and family.
Sofia really exceeded our expectations while looking after our two cats. She was punctual when we scheduled our key drop-off and initial greet with the cats, who immediately warmed up to her. She followed all of our care instructions to the letter and we could tell they were well cared for in our absence and relaxed upon our return. Not only that, but there was a heat wave while we were away and our AC unit was malfunctioning at the time, leading to some high temperatures inside. Sofia found creative ways to help mitigate the heat, adding ice cubes to the water dishes and even moving fans around to help air flow through the unit when it cooled off in the evenings. It really helped reassure us during our travels and was undoubtedly appreciated most of all by our cats. We are grateful for her thoughtful assistance and would highly recommend her help to anyone looking for a sitter.
Sofia came in clutch again for a last minute booking after I'd already left town. Even through a mix up with the keys (my fault) she kept her cool, communicated immediately, and rolled with the change in plans. Definitely recommended and will use again.

Schedule
I work a full-time job but am flexible on hours away from home. It’s mostly remote, but i help out on site 5-6 hours about 3-4 days a week depending on what is going on each week.

Since I live in the city we don’t have a yard but I am about a block from a park with a dog run as well as close to grand park. I love walking downtown. We also have a spare room in case the pet needs its own space. We’re loaded up on toys and treats for both cats and dogs.

A typical day
I love to go for a long walk in the morning, we’d go to the park then go to the local coffee shop to say hi to friends and other community members. Will provide multiple daily walks and potty breaks as much as your pet needs. And plenty of play time!
