“Jack is the most wonderful person EVER! I could not be happier with my experience with all aspects of Rover online, but I ADORE JACK A.!!!! It's clear to me that Jack took care of Benny with genuine kindness. He sent me photos and videos of my Benny because he didn't just care for Benny, he showed up Benny's human. I have never felt more RELAXED about leaving my dog. I have taken my Benny to the so called, "best", plush, and massively expensive kennels in this city, and not been anywhere near this level of satisfaction. This is one of the ONLY times I have and lack of guilt for leaving town:) I wish I could give Jack another star, or like a big heart, something to indicate how utterly fabulous he was to Benny. I am a crazy dog parent and I loved this experience from start to finish!!!!”

“Hailey came into our lives unexpectedly in September. I knew our biggest problem was boarding for a trip already scheduled. Difficult to leave your baby, by now, she’s our baby, with a stranger, and we needed a place with no other animals. Natural that Haley was one I contacted on Rover. She answered promptly. We had a quick meet and greet, but I felt it was too short. Huskies aren't the easiest. She agreed to another, and we discussed a lot of things, and I believe she took it all to heart. Also flexible on dropoff and pickup. Hailey charmed her hostess and her roommates the first night. We got photos and updates and by the second day, we were totally relaxed about Hailey in Haley’s care. She walked more than I expected, even took her to coffee shops and other places. Photos kept coming. In short, it is a great relief for us to know we now have someone we trust when we need her. The first time we met, Hailey was friendly to Haley, the second time, Hailey was happy to see her, and at dropoff, she jaunted with Haley up to her building door, tail wagging, never looking back. There’s no better recommendation than that.”

Very to have found a sitter that cared for our dog Harley so well. He’s a senior dog so I’m always nervous leaving him in someone’s care, but I felt completely comfortable to go on my trip with Rinchin looking after him. I received regular updates and the sweetest photos. You can trust that your care instructions are followed, and that she will go above and beyond to make your pet feel cozy. Harley even had an accident on his last day of the sit and I felt terrible, but she was so gracious about it and even cleaned his items before I picked him up. Truly could not recommend a sitter more!
This is my second time leaving my lil guy with Porcelain and she was just as great as last time. My dog is a little timid and she made sure he was comfortable and making friends. She sends amazing and thorough daily updates and even made homemade frozen dog treats. I feel so safe w my dog in her hands 💚💙
I last minute needed to find a pet sitter to watch my dog and I found Gema and I’m so grateful that I did! Gema watched my dog for 10 days and took such good care of him. Ekaterina is so great with animals and dogs. Last minute she was able to board my dog for 3 nights and happily stepped up to help as much as she could. She was kind and patient with my dog who is very sweet but shy at first and within the first 24 hours she’d form a great bond with my dog. Her husband and her are true dog lovers and will provide gorgeous pics/videos of your pet to update you daily and give you details daily of how they’re doing. She did great administering ear drops to my dog who does not like them one bit. She’s a great sitter and walker and I’d definitely have her watch P again! 💜
Samantha is great example of why Rover exists. Communication for me is everything with my dog and she took time to do a meet and greet, was very flexible on timing, and overall just went above and beyond. I had no doubt my dog was in good hands and if I’m back in the area, I would use Samantha everytime!
Alexandra and Chris took such good care of Sansa and were always very responsive. I’d check in throughout the day and there was always a quick response with some photos as well. Definitely will be looking to see if Alexandra is available the next time Sansa needs a sitter!

Ivy and Jacob took amazing care of both our girls for two whole weeks in their home while we were away. Ivy made sure to send pictures and keep us updated on the happenings which made us feel so secure. Not only this but their dog Kobe seemed to make Maya’s stay more of a play-cation, rather than us just dropping her off to be boarded. Both the girls seemed relaxed there and were pooped when they got home. You can see they truly love and adore all animals and really make a place in their home for yours. Thank you so much guys!
Nina was amazing with Boba! Very communicative and shared updates with us. Easy drop off and pick up. Boba was so happy and had lots of walks and playtime! Right before his stay, Boba needed a series of allergy medications and ear washing - most of it landed during the time Nina had Boba and she very kindly and diligently administered everything for us. ⛑️ Highly recommend and would definitely request Nina to watch Boba again. It is clear that she deeply cares for animals! 🐶🐾🌟
