About: I am a city girl who cannot live a full life without pups around. I have a 5lb toy poodle named Fontaine. She is 9 and the highlight of my days. She’s sweet and gets along just fine with other pups, she spent most her life in a house with 5 other dogs of all sizes. My dog before her was a cocker spaniel that was my first baby, Rizzo. I grew up with cocker spaniel's and adore those long hair cuties! I have a big personality and become besties with all the dogs I watch and spoil them as much as you can in a healthy way! Since I work from home I am here just about 24/7 especially since I love my home and my pup. I can take your pup out as much as needed, I love to walk my neighborhood. I am fully comfortable with any particular special care whether that is carrying them down stairs, medications, needy or anything else out there. Finding someone you are comfortable with to watch your baby is a difficult, super stressful time (at-least for me). So ask away so you can see I am a good fit with that precious little fur ball! My schedule is very open, the only big moves are when I go out of town otherwise I am a homebody and can adjust my schedule majority if not all the time if something does come up. I take my pup out every couple hours and 2 longer walks a day. I am in an apartment but good size and large comfy bed/couches. Plus 3 dog beds through out the house!

I grew up with Golden Retrievers and a Cocker Spaniel/Schnauzer mixed breed dog, usually having 2 or 3 dogs at once. For the last 5 years, I’ve been raising a dog on my own (another mixed breed dog, mainly a Jindo — a Korean breed). He is an anxious rescue, so between him and the Golden Retrievers I grew up with, I'm used to dealing with dogs at all ends of the social and anxiety spectrums. About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, including many many guests, and I treat every animal in my house like family. I know that every guest needs something different and I put real effort into making sure they are comfortable and HAPPY. I do not believe in negative reinforcement, and I focus on building trust through patience. I know that settling into a new home can be overwhelming for some pups. To make this easy, my house is set up to cater to as many different needs as possible. I have a dedicated room (my gym) for dogs that need to be alone and watch Bluey on the TV in there, but I prefer to make my guests comfortable to lounge on the many dog beds I have scattered around the house. Also, my home features solid flooring, so I have 0 issue with catering to nerves while your fur baby is settling in. I do my best to make them comfortable while they are in a temporary new pack. I also have crates available if your dog finds comfort in that. Their choice. But otherwise, they have the run of the place just like any loved family animal should. I have a secure fenced yard and I never leave my guests outside even for a short time, and then they are back inside with me. I also play, however much your fur baby wants to. Fetch, soccer, whatever makes them happy. This is the best part of this job. My goal is to provide a calm, affectionate environment where your dog feels safe, understood, and truly at home while you’re away. I work as a consultant with a flexible schedule, which means I am home and available for my guests throughout the day. My routine is built around the dogs—we do morning yard time, afternoon play sessions (soccer and fetch are favorites), and plenty of lounging in between. Because I’m based at home, I can provide the consistent supervision and companionship that helps dogs feel secure when they are in a new space without their humans. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a fully secured, fenced yard for outdoor play, but I never leave guests unattended outside; we go out together and come back in together. Inside, my home is designed for dogs, featuring solid flooring for easy cleanup and a dedicated room with Bluey on TV for pups who need a break. Whether your dog prefers to snuggle on one of the many beds scattered around or on the couch or in an open crate, I happily accommodate their needs.

“This was our first time with Tarren. The fact that he had a dog made us nervous, because our dog has never stayed with a sitter that had a dog and we were concerned if she would show agression. She was very happy with Tarren and his dog which made us extremely happy. Now we know she should generally be ok with another dog in same home. Tarren sent me photos as well so we could see how she was doing and his communication was awesome whenever i sent a message. i will definitely be using him again for sure.
