“Hailey came into our lives unexpectedly in September. I knew our biggest problem was boarding for a trip already scheduled. Difficult to leave your baby, by now, she’s our baby, with a stranger, and we needed a place with no other animals. Natural that Haley was one I contacted on Rover. She answered promptly. We had a quick meet and greet, but I felt it was too short. Huskies aren't the easiest. She agreed to another, and we discussed a lot of things, and I believe she took it all to heart. Also flexible on dropoff and pickup. Hailey charmed her hostess and her roommates the first night. We got photos and updates and by the second day, we were totally relaxed about Hailey in Haley’s care. She walked more than I expected, even took her to coffee shops and other places. Photos kept coming. In short, it is a great relief for us to know we now have someone we trust when we need her. The first time we met, Hailey was friendly to Haley, the second time, Hailey was happy to see her, and at dropoff, she jaunted with Haley up to her building door, tail wagging, never looking back. About: I’ve been watching dogs since 2020 when my younger brother adopted a six month old pitbull puppy. I absolutely adore her. She’s very high energy and we love taking long walks together. I’ve had my own French bulldog now for three years and I also take care of my friend’s Maltese that is five years old and my other friends mini Doberman pincher/Pomeranian mix that is 12 years old. I have open availability I just need to know ahead of time. 9 to 5 is the best time for me to give walks, but I can make anything work. I have my three year-old French bulldog mix at home with me. I live on the third floor, half my apartment is hardwood floor, half of it is carpet. There’s a lot of toys in here. There is a dog park nearby that I walk to often. And we also stop by the vets office to get treats on most walks

About: I raised a puppy on my own at the age of 12. He was a big dog that was a handful. So I have experience training puppies, and handling their crazy energy. During his senior years he had health issues that I had to give extra care too, therefore I am confident I can take care of any elderly pups! About: I have always loved spending time with pets. Since I was born, my family has had three wonderful dogs who have lived special lives in my care. When I was younger, I used to dog sit for friends and neighbors when they were out of town and I always made sure to spend a little extra time with the pets so they aren't too sad when by themselves. “Jack is the most wonderful person EVER! I could not be happier with my experience with all aspects of Rover online, but I ADORE JACK A.!!!! It's clear to me that Jack took care of Benny with genuine kindness. He sent me photos and videos of my Benny because he didn't just care for Benny, he showed up Benny's human. I have never felt more RELAXED about leaving my dog. I have taken my Benny to the so called, "best", plush, and massively expensive kennels in this city, and not been anywhere near this level of satisfaction. This is one of the ONLY times I have and lack of guilt for leaving town:) I wish I could give Jack another star, or like a big heart, something to indicate how utterly fabulous he was to Benny. I am a crazy dog parent and I loved this experience from start to finish!!!!”

“Hailey came into our lives unexpectedly in September. I knew our biggest problem was boarding for a trip already scheduled. Difficult to leave your baby, by now, she’s our baby, with a stranger, and we needed a place with no other animals. Natural that Haley was one I contacted on Rover. She answered promptly. We had a quick meet and greet, but I felt it was too short. Huskies aren't the easiest. She agreed to another, and we discussed a lot of things, and I believe she took it all to heart. Also flexible on dropoff and pickup. Hailey charmed her hostess and her roommates the first night. We got photos and updates and by the second day, we were totally relaxed about Hailey in Haley’s care. She walked more than I expected, even took her to coffee shops and other places. Photos kept coming. In short, it is a great relief for us to know we now have someone we trust when we need her. The first time we met, Hailey was friendly to Haley, the second time, Hailey was happy to see her, and at dropoff, she jaunted with Haley up to her building door, tail wagging, never looking back. There’s no better recommendation than that.”

“Best boarding experience my pup has ever had! He’s not exactly the easiest boy to handle given how energetic he is, but after our initial meet and greet with Ashlee I had 0 concerns. She told me about the dog rescue organization she created so she definitely will give your pup the care and attention they need. She also took my dog on pack walks and long hikes around Runyon Canyon! She has so much space on her fenced off property and the sweetest dogs of her own that all played well with my pup and helped keep him busy! I genuinely believe he had a better time than I did while I was away. He came home cuddly and so tired so I know he had a blast! Would recommend her to all of my friends and everyone else reading this”
About: I have been around dogs my entire life. I grew up in a household where my family bred and trained Rottweilers for the first 12 years of my life, giving me early hands-on experience with dog behavior, structure, discipline, and care. Today, my family breeds Boerboels, also known as South African Mastiffs, so I am very comfortable caring for large, strong, and high-energy breeds. I have also been a dedicated pet owner for over 15 years, which has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, safety, and building trust with each animal. I currently prepare my own dog’s food from scratch, so I understand how important proper nutrition, routines, and individual care needs are for a pet’s overall health and happiness. As a pet sitter and dog walker, I bring experience, attentiveness, and genuine love for animals. I am comfortable with feeding schedules, walks, playtime, basic training reinforcement, crate routines, medication instructions when needed, and making sure pets feel safe and cared for while their owners are away. Whether your dog needs structure, exercise, companionship, or just a calm and loving presence, I treat every pet like family. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I work from home and can provide consistent attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. I’m able to keep up with feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and comfort without pets being left alone for long periods. Since I already care for my own dog daily, pet sitting and dog walking are a natural extension of my lifestyle. I care for pets with safety, structure, and comfort in mind, whether they are in my home or their own home. In my home, pets have access to a fenced-in dog park where they can use the bathroom, get exercise, and run off-leash when it is safe and appropriate. I have a hybrid work schedule, which allows me to be home most days and ensures your pup is never left alone for more than 4 hours at a time. I also love sending photo and video updates so you can feel connected to your pup and have peace of mind during your time away. I’m a lifelong animal lover with hands-on experience caring for pups in all stages of life, including: • Raising my adopted rescue pup for 12 wonderful years • Caring for reactive dogs of all sizes • Puppy fostering and potty training • Senior dog care, including administering medications, mobility assistance, slow walks, and comfort support I’m comfortable administering medications and caring for dogs with ongoing medical or mobility needs. I’m also physically able to assist larger senior dogs and can safely lift or support pups up to 80 lbs who may have difficulty walking. I even have a comfortable wagon for dogs who still want to enjoy fresh air, sunshine, and outdoor strolls without overexertion. After recently saying goodbye to my sweet boy of 12 years, I’m not quite ready to adopt another dog of my own. The profile listing says I have 1 dog, but I no longer do, so your pup will be the only dog present. I would truly love the opportunity to care for yours while you take time for yourself, whether that’s a vacation, work trip, or just a much-needed break. I understand that pets are family, and I will care for your dog with the same patience, gentleness, and love that I gave my own. I work full-time on a flexible hybrid schedule with just 2-3 short days in the office during the week. Your dog will get as many walks as they need during the day and lots of love and cuddles in the evening. I no longer have a dog, so your pup will be the only dog present. I have an apartment, with hard floors, and just enough rugs to prevent your pup from slipping and sliding as we play. Your dog will be allowed in the bed on the couch with me. Free roaming pups that are house trained are welcomed, as well as crate trained pups.

“Kira and James went above and beyond for our pup when she had a medical emergency while we were out of town. They cared for her like she was their own and gave us plenty of updates and pics every day. They took her to the hospital in the middle of the night, administered several medications, and cuddled with her the whole time to ensure she was happy and comfortable (I can’t stress how much she loves to cuddle lol). The boarding dates happened to fall on her birthday as well, and they made her a cute little banana cake! She loved it! We are so thankful to Kira, James, and Frankie for taking such great care of our girl.
