About: Hi! My love for animals started young with trips to the SD Zoo, watching Animal Planet and The Wild Thornberrys, and transitioned to an enthusiasm for pet care when I got my first dog at 10. In recent years, I've provided pet care for friends, partners, and my parents - doing everything from beach days, hikes, and parks, to lazy days at home. I've house sat, popped in to walk dogs, and had dogs stay over at my apartment. I'm new to rover, but have no shortage of love for your pets. I am most easily identified as the girl who whispers "i love you" to any and all dogs that I pass by on the street. My full time job has recently closed our office on Fridays so I'm looking for a way to full my days while doing something I love! If in your own home, I would treat your space with respect and follow any care instructions you provided.

About: I am a cat person through and through but I love animals. I've been disappointed in pet services I've used for my own cats in the past so I feel that experience has lead me to be very kind and respectful to your animals. As a cat mother I know routine matters. I will do my best to come at the same time every visit. I currently have a part time job that I usually work at three times a week from 11-6. On those days I will have to come before or after work depending on pet owner preference of course. I have had to use pet sitting services in the past, some of which have left me feeling disappointed in the lack of patience and care. This experience makes me very sympathetic to animals needs and I will do my best to take care of your animal well. I'm also very respectful of your wishes and needs

About: Hi, I’m Amy! (Rover makes me use my government name 🤷♀️) I have two rescue dogs: Abby (5-year-old Formosan mountain dog, 35 lbs) and Ollie (2-year-old Goldendoodle, 65 lbs). I also volunteer for a dog rescue - check out Fetchin Retrievers Rescue! My pups are polar opposites: Abby is a skittish homebody, and Ollie is an energetic goofball. I can do everything from Abby-style chill cuddle sessions to Ollie-style crazy zoomies! My dogs are both rescues with an unfortunate past, and through caring for them and my volunteer work, I’m experienced in reading dogs’ body languages to take things at their pace, curbing unwanted behaviors, and training by positive reinforcement.

Johnny is phenomenal! Where other walkers take my boy half a mile, he goes above and beyond and walks a similar route that I do — 1.5miles! The pictures are instant serotonin—they detail his care and efforts! Johnny followed instructions, kept in contact. I felt that he really cared about Graham. I feel safe with leaving my baby boy in his care! I enthusiastically recommend Johnny!
Luke has been helping Toji (my labradoodle) and I out for several weeks on a recurring schedule. Absolutely recommend Luke for any of your pet needs! He never missed a day and always gave updates and detailed report cards. Will be booking with Luke whenever he's available!
Anthony was great!! He came and met our animals ahead of time which was super helpful because we were able to meet and show him where everything was. He was always on time, and responded right away, even when I had last minute schedule changes. He sent pictures and our pets loved him! Would absolutely ask him to come and walk the fur babies again.
Charlotte is absolutely fantastic—the best dog walker ever! She has been walking my high-energy, 1-year-old husky puppy, Maverick, for a month now and consistently goes the extra mile. When I sprained my foot, Charlotte even cleaned up Maverick’s mess in my apartment and grabbed my grocery essentials so I wouldn't stress. Maverick is super hyper and prone to pulling, but Charlotte is incredibly patient and kind. She actively trains him to focus and calm down. They have built a wonderful bond, and he gets so excited the second he sees her! She is completely reliable, always goes above and beyond, and walks him way longer to ensure he burns off his energy and gets a great, happy workout. She truly treats him like her own. I always have total peace of mind knowing Maverick is in such caring hands, especially she also communicates so well and sends great photo and video updates. I highly recommend her! Extremely grateful to have found Charlotte—she truly loves animals and is exceptionally genuine and caring.
