“Lianna did a great job with Diesel and Taquito. She was able to meet me at car to assist in bringing the overnight items. I was invited in to meet the other dogs staying the night which allowed my dogs to settle in. She was transparent in what the flow would be for the stay and sent pics 2x a day. I would use her again! “Annette is truly amazing. It was my first time using Rover and I wasn't sure how my Buttercup (chihuahua/dachshund) would react to being left with a stranger. Annette was within close proximity and was available to meet and greet the same day. I had to go out of town on business and needed someone fast, but I needed someone who I could trust my baby with but more importantly I needed someone with love, patience, time & a deep understanding of dog behavior and language. I found all this and more in Annette. “Would recommend Annie a million times over!!! We have separation anxious dog that has her quirks, but with Annie there were no whining or crying. Lots of update with pictures were the best to see, and eased our own stress lol Annie seriously went above and beyond our expectations!
