Mark & Jan are absolutely wonderful! They took such great care of our dog Theo. We were gone for about 11 days and we could tell he was having the most amazing time - morning walks at the beach, afternoon ball throwing and lots of cuddles. Throughout the trip, we weren’t worried at all because we knew that they were caring for him like they would their own dog.

Took great care of our pup while we were out of town! Perry came back relaxed and happy. Will definitely be using Mark & Jan again!

The most comforting and dog loving couple we have ever encountered. We left our 8 yr old GSD with Mark and Jan for 12 days, every day we received a heartfelt message and photo to fill us in on our pup. We ended up looking forward to their texts every day. They took such great care of Atlas and went above and beyond to make sure he was well taken care of and we were reassured he was in the best hands.

This was our first time with Rover and we were quite anxious about leaving our rambunctious and high-energy 2-yr old puppy with strangers. But Mark and Jan are just extraordinary. From our first meet and greet with them, we knew they were dog lovers and they put us at ease. Our puppy was totally comfortable with them and in their home. During the week we left our dog with them, we got daily photos and updates about him that completely reassured us that he was having a wonderful time. We also got lovely notes and photos that described the mischief and frolic of our dog, which made us laugh! Mark and Jan truly loved and enjoyed our dog and it was obvious how well he bonded to them and felt comfortable and safe with them. He could not have been in better hands. He was definitely having a grand vacation and a lot more fun than his typical daily routine with us. Thank you, Jan and Mark, for your abundant love and for such incredible attention to details. We do not have sufficient words to express our heartfelt gratitude to you for your love and kindness to Kaipo. He will be back for sure!

Mark And Jan were amazing. We will return to board our dog again n again. Our bernadoodle took to them immediately as we did and loved Mark and Jan as if he had known them for a long time. I think he thinks now their home is his home!. THANK YOU AGAIN for taking such good care of our dog

We are so lucky to have found Mark and Jan! They took excellent care of our two big dogs for a multi-night boarding stay. They were attentive to details and shared photo/video updates so we knew our dogs were in great hands and enjoying their stay. Unlike some sitters on Rover who are merely transactional, we could tell Mark and Jan are true dog lovers by the types of questions they asked about how to care for the dogs, and way they handled the dogs, and the in-depth feedback given on their stay. On top of how great they were with dogs, they were easy to communicate and coordinate with leading up to, during, and after the boarding stay. We will definitely be booking with Mark and Jan again in the future!
