Because I work from home, I have the complete freedom and flexibility to closely adhere to your pet's individual daily routine and schedule. Whether that’s with drop-in visits, walks and exercise, or pet sitting in your home. Every pet has their own perfect pace, and I'm happy to match it. From leisurely walks along the strand/beach to high-energy games of fetch in the park or yard, or just cozying up for some serious couch-potato cuddles, your pet gets exactly the kind of day they love most. My extensive veterinary background equips me to handle pets that require specialized attention. I am highly experienced in administering oral and injectable medications. I have been fully trained in recognizing subtle animal behaviors, and tailor my care to meet their individual needs and personalities. I always respect their boundaries, move to their level of comfort, and use only positive and gentle handling so they feel safe and loved. My own experience caring for my beloved cranky 14 year old pup, who suffers from epilepsy and immune mediated illness, has taught me to be extremely observant, read body language meticulously, and proactively adapt environments to avoid negative situations. I am passionate about welcoming animals of all breeds, sizes, temperaments, and life stages—from energetic puppies and kittens to sweet seniors. I have 2 senior pups and a 26-year-old tortoise of my own! My love for animals is a huge part of who I am, even outside the clinic. While living in Southeast Asia, I spent my time volunteering with local rescue organizations, where I personally loved on and cared for over 200 dogs and puppies. From nursing injured and paralyzed pups to keeping up with daily feeding, bathing, and playtime, I was fully hands-on. Above all, your pet’s safety and happiness are at the heart of everything I do. I want you to feel like you're leaving your baby with a trusted friend. I pride myself on being reliable, attentive, and deeply compassionate, and I treat your home and pets with the utmost respect. Because my own grumpy senior pup doesn’t do well with new friends, I don’t offer care in my home. However, I’d love to keep your pets routine perfectly consistent by caring for them in their own familiar space.

About: Throughout my life I have owned cats and dogs. At the moment I only have one cat which is the least amount of pets I've had since I was around 5 years old, so I am craving more animals to care for! In terms of dog care, I work nights as a restaurants server so I have plenty of time during the day for walks, hikes, and play time with your pup! I live in an apartment with no yard so boarding dogs is limited to cat friendly smaller breeds and I will be most helpful for either drop in visits, or care in your home for your baby. Most of my experience is with larger breeds such as Bernese Mountain Dogs and more high maintenance breeds such as Huskies. However, I love to play and take care of my friends' French bulldogs and mini bully mix! Currently my family dog is a sweet yet strong personality Siberian Husky named Sasha who lives with my parents, and we love to go on hikes or long walks on the beach together whenever we can! My Husky Sasha is a very typical, sensitive husky who taught me a lot of patience and respecting of boundaries when it comes to dogs. Grooming her is a job only my brother and I seem to be able to take on adar requires a lot patience and listening to her cues and I can bring that patience and sensitivity to caring for your pet. Overall, I love caring for pets! It gives me so much joy and purpose and I would love to share that with your fur baby and be a part of their care village! Available upon scheduling 7 days a week, 7AM-4PM I currently only work nights so I am available upon scheduling during the day 7 days a week. I also have flexibility in these hours if later or earlier times may be needed. (Often when I hike I go early in the morning around 630, but that is flexible depending on your schedule). I love to run and hike, so i can bring your dog on some adventures that are sure to stretch their legs and provide some fun! My cat and I play at least 30 minutes a day and I love chasing him around the house to get his legs moving and his heart pumping!

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life. I’ve cared for pups as young as 6 months to 15 years. I also have a dog who loves to play. I work full time at the house. My job is flexible so the dog has outside access all day. Mid day I usually take walks or go to the dog park. The dog will always have access to the outside, a couch and water. Walks and dog park visits are regular. We are a dog loving family here.

I also have owned my own horse for the past 8 years, which has taught me a lot about responsibility, patience, and animal care. About: I've taken care of people's pets since I was in high school. We recently lost our dog, so we miss having an animal around and would love to care for your pet as if they were our own. I am a teacher and have the summer off and long breaks throughout the year, in which I have plenty of time to care for your pet. I love to walk, so I'd love to take your dog with me. I have a small patio where pets can get some fresh air and watch the birds and squirrels throughout the day.

We have access to two fenced-in dog parks within my complex, providing a safe and fun space for exercise and play. I also have a friendly 5 year old spayed female dog, up-to-date with vaccines, who gets along great with both dogs and cats - she loves having company, whether it’s for playtime or just relaxing at home watching TV.

About: I've been caring for cats since I was atleast 8. One of our cats was a stray who I bonded with over many months and continue to bond with now even though she is a bit frosty in her old age. The trust we have built for each other has been a beautiful experience. My family rescued a senior dog in 2016 and I have helped to care for her since then. I have a soft spot for senior dogs and want to make them as comfortable as I can. I work part time at the LMU library so my hours are pretty minimal. I work Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the evenings. As I am hoping this will be a second source of income I am pretty flexible with my schedule as long as it doesn't interfere with my other job. I do not like to make a mess or any sort of impression in places that I visit. I am very patient with animals. If your pet is anxious or introverted I am fine to keep to myself completely or get to know them on their terms. I would never want to cross any line with a pet or homeowner.

About: We (my husband, son and me) are a family of pet lovers! We are flexible to provided walks and drop-ins in the areas around Hawthorne/South Bay and LMU/Westchester/LAX. Willing to house sit dogs and cats as well across a wider location radius. Since we live with grandma, 3 dogs, and a two year old we are available for walks, check-ins, house-sitting. For an increased rate, we can offer boarding for a kid and dog friendly pet. We both had many pets growing up and have been dog and cat sitters for 15+ years. For a period of 5-6 years Sarah would regularly house sit for a friend who had a temperamental dog who needed medication and extra care. Lately we have several kitty drop-in clients including giving medication via injection and pill. We are very flexible as George works mostly from home and Sarah doesn’t teach (professor at LMU) everyday. Our experience and love of animals will ensure that your fur baby is well cared for. My husband and I work together to care for dogs and cats. I work at LMU and my husband works at home in Westchester, so we can flexibly accommodate walks and drop-ins near those locations. Also willing to house sit if your pet is kid friendly—willing to travel across a greater radius to house sit. We are dog and cat lovers with lots of experience. We have a 2 year old and 3 dogs at home, so not offering boarding currently unless it’s a great offer. We can take your dogs in a safe, fun walk either with or without other dogs. We can also drop in on or housesit your dog or cat.

About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was 8 years old, family, friends, neighbors and those who just deserve love. I have volunteered with ARF multiple times and loved every second. Any chance I get to improve our best friends lives, I will take! I’m currently in school and would be able to come check in and/or stay with your baby. I have varying class times during the week and would take every break I get to come hangout! I can’t wait to meet your best friends!
