They are great at following instructions and not only made sure our cats were loved and fed but also took care of our many plants, and even tackled the weekly deep clean of our giant litter box! Our cats always seem happy to see Gwen and we got detailed updates and excellent communication throughout our trip. When we had to extend our trip for a couple days, they went above and beyond and accommodated to be able to continue the check-ins for those days. Gwen is a friendly, responsible, attentive person and is a fabulous sitter! We highly recommend their services!
