About: I've been caring for dogs since I was young, starting with my neighbor's Old English Sheepdog. Today, I'm the go-to sitter my sister relies on to care for her little fluffball, whether it's for an evening away or extended vacations. I'm comfortable providing consistent, attentive care for every pet -- and following your every instruction to make sure your pet stays happy and healthy while you're away. I currently work a flexible, non-traditional schedule that includes fantasy illustration projects and teaching art classes. This gives me built-in gaps during the day that I'd love to fill with dog care, whether that means walks, playtime, or multi-day companionship. Your dog's routine and well-being are my top priorities. I make sure that your dog gets the best care possible and will follow all instructions to the letter: setting phone alarms to ensure potty breaks and meals happen right on time, monitoring treats so your dog is neither over- nor under-indulged, and sticking closely to established sleep schedules. I'm equally respectful of your home, taking care to leave it as clean and orderly (or better) than when I arrived.
“Danielle does a great job taking care of our cats! She is timely, provides updates and takes lots of pictures. We would recommend her to anyone looking for someone to watch their pets”

“Gabrielle was a wonderful sitter for the week that I had her drop in on my 2 cats. My cats are 16 and 13 and are definitely in house cats. One is friendly and the other is skittish and shy. One needed meds. She visited them and gave daily feedback and sent pictures. She also administered the meds, fed them and cleaned the litter. She even watered my large plant. She exceeded my expectations. I will use her again and recommend her wholeheartedly.”

About: I have experience taking care of my own pets as well as neighbors, friends, and families. I have a deep love and respect for animals and am sure to do anything to keep them happy and healthy! I’m currently a student at Butler University so I have a flexible schedule and am able to help out with your pets during typical working hours! I will follow any guidelines set by the owner and will follow instructions thoroughly. I can feed, walk, play with, crate, etc. depending on what you need for your fur baby!
“Ryan was fantastic! We were in a pinch and needed someone last minute and Ryan came through! Very reliable and gave great updates. And Daisy loved him! We will definitely use him again.”

“Murphi w as well cared for by Angie. I never worry about her when she is in Angie's care. She is personable, respectful in our home and easy to work with. Definitely book with Angie. You won't regret it..”

“Scott has taken care of my cat twice now and does an excellent job. He feeds and spends time with Quinn and administers her insulin shots since she is diabetic. We are so thankful he takes such good care of our girl!”

“Shannon did a great job taking care of our dog, Lucy!! It was our first time using Rover and I’m very glad it went so well. Shannon took her for lots of long walks and kept me updated on Lucy’s eating and bathroom habits. Would definitely recommend her and book again!”

About: Hello! I've been an animal lover my whole life, growing up around lots of different pets like dogs (big and small), cats (of all kinds), parakeets, hamsters and fish. I currently have a 3-year-old Papillon, and I previously cared for a dog who lived to be 14 years old, so I'm familiar with the needs of both energetic young dogs and senior dogs. I know how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pet, and I'll treat every dog and cat with the same love, patience, and care I give my own. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply relaxing, I'll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. I'll also keep you updated with photos and messages, so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is in good hands. I recently finished college and will be home for the summer, which means I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to caring for your pet. I’m able to provide lots of attention, playtime, walks, and companionship throughout the day. I enjoy spending time with animals and will make sure your pet feels comfortable, happy, and cared for while you’re away. I provide care in your pet’s familiar environment, where they can feel comfortable and relaxed. I’m happy to follow your pet’s normal routine, whether that includes walks, playtime, feeding, medication, or simply spending time together. Since I have a flexible schedule this summer, I can dedicate plenty of time and attention to making sure your pet feels safe, happy, and cared for.

About: Hi I’m Emily! I’m 18 years old and a senior in highschool. I’ve always dreamed of being a vet and I work at a vet clinic currently as an assistant ! I’ve had tons of experience since growing up i’ve had cats, dogs, birds, reptiles, and more! Also, I have dog sat, dog walked, and even took care of my neighbors pets with special medical needs! I am so excited to help out between my work and school. I am currently a full time student in highschool and I work part time at the vet clinic! But with that there is no problem in coming by and taking care of your pet(s). My availability will always be communicated! My 3 dogs live in a fenced home, I am comfortable walking them and more than one dog so I can apply this to your pups! I am comfortable giving medicine and applying assisted care to your pets with anything!
About: I just graduated from UMass Amherst with a degree in Pre-Veterinary Science. I have grown up with pets and taken care of them for years! I’ve had dogs, cats, chickens, hamsters, guinea pigs, and fish! I have a lot of experience taking care of animals as I’ve interned at a zoo and volunteered at shelters and vet clinics. I’m very comfortable giving medications to pets as I’ve had a lot of practice with this with my own pets and while sitting! I am currently on summer break so I should be available all day unless I have it blocked off on my calendar! I plan to travel around the end of summer and move out of Illinois in the fall. My house has one kitten, and my backyard is not fenced in. I’d love to take care of your pet in either your home or mine, whichever is easiest!
About: I have had two dogs, one sadly passed away when I was just in 5th grade, but I have had another dog since then for the past 7 years. She is my best friend and taking care of her doesn't feel like a daunting task, but a labor of love. She does not live with me as she is with my parents back home in Illinois and I am in Boulder for college. As well, the last two years my roommate had two different cats whom I would take care of often, and I get along with them very well. For a short period of time a few years ago, I would also volunteer at a dog shelter nearby when I lived in Illinois. I adore animals and want the best for them. I am graduating from college on May 9th with my degree in psychology. After that, I have the whole summer free with no obligations of class or worrying about my undergraduate degree. I am very flexible. While I do live in an apartment, I am at a pet-friendly apartment with plenty of cats and dogs who live here. There are great places nearby in Boulder to go on walks, as well as easy access for them to go outside as I am on the second floor and can let them out easily when needed.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs and cats for over 8 years and truly love spending time with animals of all sizes, breeds, and personalities. Friends, neighbors, and family have trusted me to walk, feed, bathe, play with, and care for their pets while they’re away. I’m very active, patient, and dependable, so whether your dog needs long walks and playtime or your senior pet needs a calmer, gentler approach, I’m happy to adapt to their needs. I understand how important pets are to families, and I always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re gone. Pet care fits very naturally into my weekly routine because I have a flexible schedule and genuinely enjoy staying active and spending time with animals. I’m available on weekends and most weekdays, especially afternoons and evenings. I enjoy going on walks, being outdoors, and giving pets plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship throughout the day. I’m also reliable with feeding schedules, bathroom breaks, medications if needed, and keeping owners updated with photos and messages so they know their pets are doing well. Creating a safe, comfortable, and stress-free environment for pets is very important to me. In a client’s home, I make sure to follow all routines closely so pets feel secure and relaxed in their familiar space. I pay close attention to instructions regarding feeding, medications, walks, crate training, and any special needs or behaviors. I’m patient, attentive, and always prioritize safety during walks, playtime, and interactions with other animals. My goal is to make every pet feel loved, comfortable, and cared for as if they were my own.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Lincolnshire with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
