What was unique about Jillian is that she stayed in our home the entire time. She followed all of my instructions, provided daily updates and pictures and when she left, she washed the linens and the home was clean and tidy. She may not be able to provide the fast, active walk with your pet, but she is fully capable to walk and play with your pet. I ended up booking another dog walker separately for a more active walk. This arrangement worked perfectly for me and worth the additional cost, as I would rather have my dog be with a loving sitter in my home where my dog was not left alone than having more dog walks. I will definitely be booking Jillian again! She was a joy to work with and I know she made my dog feel safe and loved. Thank you.”

About: I sure do love making sure your loveable pal for life gets the proper amount of exercise despite YOUR busy schedule! Oh the places we'll go! I'm available at short notice and can also provide constant in home care during a pet sitting to accommodate our more needy or senior fluferkins. I always make sure your companion has a nice fluffed up laying space and clean water bowl. If there are specific feeding instructions I will follow those and will always call if anything is unclear to me therein. I love playing with dogs and find it relaxing to attend to animals so your little loves will be very attended to!
About: I would do anything for an animal. Im fact, I have broken bones on two different times so they wouldn’t get hurt. I love them. I am looking for a job now and the market is horrible. I thought, what could be better than filling my days with animals to love on. I take care of my cat better than myself. I make sure he’s eating well, I grt the good bowls, toys galore and his own heating pad which he adores.

About: I grew up with two dogs, one of which lived to the ripe age of 17! I know the value of engaging playtime and walks, and am on-top of bathroom breaks and food/water timing. I have lots of experience watching small/mid-sized dogs, and am comfortable with a range of behavior temperaments. I recently finished grad school and moved here for a job, so pet care seemed like a great way to spend my time outside of work. On weekdays I work 8-5, so I am able to pop in in the evenings. My weekends are generally flexible, so I can spend entire nights for overnight care. I live in Highwood, so the surrounding suburb areas such as Lake Forest and Highland Park are an easy 10-15 minute drive. I am attentive when watching animals and make sure to give them adequate play-time. For cats, I'll sit and read a book and they'll usually cautiously come over, then we'll hang out. For home care, I am thorough about checking locks/alarm systems, and growing up in a large family, am on-top of chores and small tasks to make the space clean and welcoming.

Jacy was quick to respond to messages and flexible in getting a meet-and-greet scheduled before our trip. Very nice and asked great detail-orientated questions. She watched our 100-lb bernese mountain dog, who can be a bit rambunctious at times, and was not intimidated by our dog's excited greeting. She watched our dog for the weekend, was great at communication, and left the house spotless.”

About: I’ve always taken care of my friends’ family dogs at home whenever they go on vacation. They trust me with their dogs because I’m responsible and care for them just like they’re my own pets! I’m available in the morning 9am to 1:30pm Monday through Friday. Depending on the weekend I am available as well! I’m so excited to make new furry friends. I have a fenced yard for my own pup. I always put my pup on a leash when we go for our walks and make sure I never leave him home alone for more than 8 hours if I am gone for the day / evening.
