She was very communicative, sent lots of pictures (which we loved), and took great care of not only our dog Kygo, but our home as well. You’d never even know she stayed here for a few days - that’s how well she cleaned up. From day one, I received multiple updates throughout the day along with tons of pictures and videos, which gave me complete peace of mind knowing Leo was happy, safe, and genuinely enjoying himself. Honestly, I have never seen Leo happier. It was clear he absolutely loved spending time with Thea. She took him on regular walks that he thoroughly enjoyed, gave him constant attention and affection, and treated him like he was her own dog. The level of care, patience, and love she showed was truly exceptional. What impressed me even more was how thoughtful and professional she was beyond just pet care. She organized and cleaned my home and even did laundry — things she absolutely did not need to do but did anyway simply because she cares and takes pride in what she does. Coming home to a happy dog and a spotless home was honestly amazing. Thea is easily the best pet sitter in the area and one of the most professional, reliable, and caring people I’ve worked with. She made being away from Leo completely stress-free, which is priceless for any pet owner. I would hire her again in a heartbeat for all of my future vacations and cannot recommend her highly enough. Abby was more incredible than we ever could’ve imagined! She took such good care of our sweet Kobe— who can be quite stubborn at times. She was communicative and sent updates (with both pictures and videos :)) throughout the entire weekend! We are so thankful to have found her and cannot recommend her enough.
Leah is truly invested on taking good care of the furry friends she meets. She took note and asked questions about his behavior, quirks, likes, dislikes, etc. Also approach him in a friendly manner. We were amazed how fast Leo took to her and she gained his trust. The frequent reports and photos showed Leo was very comfortable and happy in his own house during our trip. Highly recommend Leah, she truly does her best to understand and care for the pets on her care.
Sarah looked after our two cats for a week while we were away and housesat for us, so our animals wouldn't be too lonely while we were gone. One of our felines must be medicated twice a day at very specific times to avoid medical complications. Not only is Sarah confident and comfortable giving our cat his meds, she is prompt and careful when administering his twice daily pills. Knowing that made us very comfortable while we were away. In addition, Sarah's communication style was straightforward and thoughtful. She asked excellent questions and follow-up questions. And when there was an unexpected situation at our house while we were away, she handled it professionally and alerted us to what was happening. I'd highly recommend Sarah to manage petsitting and housesitting.
