About: I have been pet sitting and walking dogs for over 5 years. I have care for a range of dogs from puppies to senior dogs. I have also pet sit many cats! I work full-time and have 12-hour shifts three days a week. While my schedule changes weekly, I receive my schedule three weeks in advance, allowing me to plan ahead and work around your needs. For walks and drop-in visits, I focus on maintaining each pet’s routine while ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. During walks, I provide appropriate exercise, potty breaks, and positive reinforcement while staying attentive to their surroundings. During check-ins, I carefully follow all care instructions, including feeding, refreshing water, administering medications if needed, cleaning litter boxes or pet areas, and spending quality one-on-one time with your pet. About: Growing up, I am thankful my family were avid animal lovers. Our home was always shared with cats, dogs, and fish. I have been fortunate enough that our love and care for animals has enabled us to have long living pets, with my first cat living until 18 years old and dog until 13 years old. This experience has given me a deep understanding of cat / dog behavior, their health needs, and how to provide the best care at every stage of their life. I’m comfortable managing everything from playful dogs/ kittens to senior dogs/cats with specific health concerns. I also understand the importance of building trust with both cats and dogs and ensuring they feel safe and comfortable, especially when their owners are away. I'm dedicated to creating a routine that suits each pet's personality and needs, whether it's administering medication, providing companionship, or just offering a safe, loving environment. As I currently work from home with a flexible schedule, I am able to offer my pets, or the pets I'm sitting for, plenty of attention throughout the day. I can easily adjust my routine to ensure that their needs are met, whether it’s feeding, playtime, or just cuddling. I can offer multiple check-ins and am available for walks, play sessions, and monitoring health or behavior throughout the day. I ask you to please let me know if they have any special needs, if there are other local pets or people they do or do not get along with, etc. Pet sitting drop-in visits are recommended 2-4 times per day depending on your pet. I strive to provide the best care with the utmost respect for your fur baby and home, but for mutual reassurance I’m independently insured as a pet care professional.

About: I’ve taken care of different types of dogs since I was 14. I had a golden doodle pet of my own for 12 years. I have given injections and pills to dogs. I have been trusted to take care of dogs with epilepsy and diabetes. I have plenty of time to be with your animals. I love cuddling with them and won’t have a problem having them in my bed. I am from Riverwoods and it is soon to be my senior year in college but I have time off now. I also love being active and outside. I have no concerns about anxious dogs and I know they will warm up to me with time. I can crate your dog if needed. For extra outdoor time, I have a a zip line cord to connect to a collar that prevents them from going past a certain point in the backyard since we do not have a fenced in yard. They can roam around there.

About: I’ve had dogs and cats for 35 years. I currently have a German Shepherd and a domestic short hair cat. I volunteer at the humane society socializing cats. I am retired and have time and love enough to care for your small dog or cat. I prefer to stay in the northern Virginia area if possible. I’m available for drop in visits or overnights.
