“Xiaolin was incredible! She was so kind and cheery and their place is immaculate. I love how they only watch two dogs max as mine gets a little nervous and overwhelmed with bigger groups. Tsunami was walked and loved and I knew she did amazing because usually my dog won’t eat when she is nervous, but ate all the treats by the time I picked her up! That just shows how great Xiaolin was with her. She’s quick to respond and I love that she wants a little meet and greet to see if they have compatible temperaments. About: My wife, Jana, and I have been dog lovers our entire lives. Currently, we're proud parents to our wonderful pup, Lula. Lula is a 75lb Komondor-mix. Recently, we said goodbye to our other beloved senior dog, so we understand the unique needs and joys of older dogs. We'd love to open our home to another dog, if only temporarily, to bring some companionship to Lula and fill our hearts with double joy once again. About: I have had dogs my entire life, and have a good understanding of what makes each pet unique. I pride myself of understanding the individual needs of a pet and finding a way to give them 100% of my attention and care. I work from home so I have a flexible schedule, both in terms of walking availability as well as general pet needs. My own dog is spoiled rotten since she is in my care 24-7. My home is very safe for pets. We have a fenced in back yard and live in a very walkable neighborhood close to parks, and dog runs. When a pet stays with us they are not a guest but part of our family and are treated as such. I have a background caring for dogs that have a multitude of health concerns and require complex medical direction. Additionally we have had puppies as well as older dogs that have stayed with us and have designed the organization of our home to accomedate the needs of both age ranges.

About: I’ve taken care of different types of dogs since I was 14. People have relied on me and I have a pet of my own. I have plenty of time to be with your animals. I am usually free in the afternoon/ evenings every day of the week and weekends. I am from Riverwoods and it is soon to be my senior year at Denison University but I am taking a gap year right now. I am flexible with start and end times. I also love being active and outside. I can easily crate your dog if needed. We have a zip cord to connect to your dog that prevents them from going past a certain point in the backyard.

About: I have had a dog since I was 6 years old and have been taking care of neighborhood dogs since I can remember! I have experience taking care of elderly dogs and young puppies. I also have experience in rescuing wild animals on occasion. Animal care will be my first priority over the summer months after graduating college and I will have a lot of time to devote to it! Having cared for so many animals in the past, I am very attentive when observing their behavior and reading any wants and needs that they express! I will do everything in my power to insure their comfort and spoil them just a little bit ;)
