About: I just graduated from UMass Amherst with a degree in Pre-Veterinary Science. I have grown up with pets and taken care of them for years! I’ve had dogs, cats, chickens, hamsters, guinea pigs, and fish! I have a lot of experience taking care of animals as I’ve interned at a zoo and volunteered at shelters and vet clinics. I’m very comfortable giving medications to pets as I’ve had a lot of practice with this with my own pets and while sitting! I am currently on summer break so I should be available all day unless I have it blocked off on my calendar! I plan to travel around the end of summer and move out of Illinois in the fall. About: Hello! We love furry friends. We will spend time with your pets and take best care of them. We will let your pets feel like they are always surrounded with love. We need to go to office three days a week. We will get home around 5pm and both me and my husband can take care daily. We have a very friendly 6 years old yellow lab, Coco, at home. We go out 3 times a day and play with her very often. We will do the same thing and crated if you request.

We are so happy we found Balaji to take care of Nysa! He is such a wonderful and caring person who truly treats her like his own. We’ve left Nysa with him more than three times now, and Balaji is always our first preference. He keeps us updated throughout the day with pictures, which gives us so much peace of mind. While we’re at work, we feel completely stress-free knowing Nysa is in such good hands. It’s also been great to see how well his dog has adapted to Nysa—they have so much fun together. Kate was wonderful with Penny! We needed a quiet environment for her with human companionship and attention for a day of doggie daycare and that’s exactly what Kate provided. We just relocated from out of state a couple weeks ago and Penny has been struggling emotionally with the transition and with being away from me during my workdays for the first time. We had tried a big doggie daycare but they were too noisy and impersonal and it was difficult for Penny there. With Kate, Penny was immediately at ease and spent her day staying close and trying out all the different lounging spots she had to offer, even up on the back of the couch! Hehe. Clearly Penny was comfortable there. They went for walks and Kate shared pics and updates which put my mind at ease and allowed me to focus on my work. She was also available at the last minute when another sitter canceled on us unexpectedly. I am so grateful for Kate and will definitely bring Penny back again!
