About: Hi! I’ve had pets my entire life from having cats to dogs to even ferrets and hamsters and turtles, I love all animals! I was given my first pet to take care of myself when I was 6 years old and even though she was just a small ferret I found the responsibility fun and fulfilling even at a young age. I lost my dog last year so being around dogs in anyway has been such a blessing and a privilege, I miss being around mine. Caring for animals gives me a purpose I work 35 hours a week but 2 times a week from home. Since I don’t start super early or end super late I find myself finding time in the mornings and evenings available as well as weekends. Since I have dealt with so many types of animals I understand that each and every fur baby has their own unique personality and it is my job to adjust and accompany to it all while fulfilling owners requests

About: I just graduated from UMass Amherst with a degree in Pre-Veterinary Science. I have grown up with pets and taken care of them for years! I’ve had dogs, cats, chickens, hamsters, guinea pigs, and fish! I have a lot of experience taking care of animals as I’ve interned at a zoo and volunteered at shelters and vet clinics. I’m very comfortable giving medications to pets as I’ve had a lot of practice with this with my own pets and while sitting! I am currently on summer break so I should be available all day unless I have it blocked off on my calendar! I plan to travel around the end of summer and move out of Illinois in the fall. My house currently has no other pets in it, and my backyard is not fenced in. I’d love to take care of your pet in either your home or mine, whichever is easiest!

About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life. I am a big dog lover. I will treat your dogs like it is my own. I am very good with puppies and older dogs. Walks, cuddles, toys! I am graduating in May for my masters in social work and I will be moving to the city this summer. I am available all summer! My family has a dog. We take her for walks, make sure she gets fed. About: Back in my hometown for the summer from traveling. Caring and walking dogs for friends and family has felt second nature. Every dog gets my full attention, whether we're out on a walk or keeping them comfortable and calm at home. I love to share digital updates so you're never left wondering, just missing them a little less. I always welcome a meet and greet before your first booking so your pet feels comfortable and you feel confident! My schedule is flexible throughout the day which means I can work around what works best for you and your pet. I typically have availability in the mornings, midday and evenings and always give advance notice if anything changes. I treat every home with the same respect I'd want shown to my own. Your pet stays in their familiar environment which means less stress and more comfort. I stay attentive, keep disruptions minimal and if anything ever seems off you'll hear from me right away.

About: I’ve been around dogs and cats all my life, recently worked with animals as big as horses and cows, to chickens and ducks. Friends and family trust me with their animals! My schedule is currently free, weekdays and weekends and nights! I am willing to work holidays. I will also walk in any type of weather! I have a fenced in backyard, with 2 very friend dogs for yours to play with! I do have crates (if needed) and lots of treats!

About: I've been taking care of pets since I was 8. We got my first dog when I was three. He winked at me on the way home so I named him Winky. My favorite photo is of me napping on the couch with WInky in the 60's. Since then, I've had a love for dogs. But since my son has an allergy, I can't have a dog right now. I would love to walk your dog! I'm currently semi-retired so I have time to walk dogs. I need to walk every day so I'm happy to take on this role. I can't have dogs at my house due to my son's allergy. I can come to your dog. I am a trustworthy and prompt person (always on time!). I am gentle with all dogs and, if I may say so myself, dogs love me.

About: I have lived with, trained, brought up and loved dogs all of my 60 years. Currently I live alone and travel quite a bit for work so cannot own a dog myself but am happy to take care of yours when I'm available. I would not be a good regular sitter due to my schedule, but generally, you can count on me to look after your pup or cat while on vacation or whatever. I have lots of experience with senior dogs, and have on occasion babysat at your home if you are comfortable with that situation. I walk a lot around my apartment complex, which is very welcoming to dogs. I am also home during the day so your pup is not alone. When you board your dog with me, you can expect he or she would get a walk in the morning, around noon and during the evening with some short outside breaks as needed to do his or her business. If I visit your home, I can walk once a day for about 20-30 minutes.

About: I’ve taken care of my own dogs since they were puppies with our family dog just turning 10 and my own dog just turning 2. I also was very involved in their training and walk them regularly. Additionally, I have dog-sat before for many friends so I am experience taking care of other breeds of dogs besides my own. I am a current medical student that is on summer break so I have good flexibility most days. Weekends and evenings are usually easier but as long as there is some notice I can usually make it work. I am flexible when it comes to watching other pets. I know how important having a stable environment is for pets and so I am able to travel to wherever to make that possible when dog-sitting or walking.

About: I have cared for both small and large animals for over 21 years. Your pet will be staying with a very loving, responsible, and respectful family I work from home so someone is home all day every day. I also have a fenced yard for your dog to roam and go out as needed. I provide meals according to owner's instructions and clean up as needed. Also actively partake in play and exercise for the pets which I genuinely enjoy doing.

About: I’ve had dogs and cats for 35 years. I currently have a German Shepherd and a domestic short hair cat. I volunteer at the humane society socializing cats. I am retired and have time and love enough to care for your small dog or cat. I prefer to stay in the northern Virginia area if possible. I’m available for drop in visits or overnights. I amvery experienced keeping an active dog entertained. I can take small dogs for walks in your neighborhood

About: We've been watching dogs for friends and neighbors for years. Our whole family really loves dogs, including our 8 year old son who has grown up understanding how to love and respect dogs. We love taking dogs for walks, as much as 3 times a day, regardless of weather. With all the dogs we've watched for neighbors and friends, we've gotten very skilled at walking multiple dogs at once. For those furry friends who prefer a leisurely pace, we have a nice sized, fenced in backyard as well. We're happy to provide your fur-baby a home away from home in ours :-). To note, after our beloved bichon of 14 years passed away this summer, we decided to bring home a new puppy to our family. He's still learning to socialize but so far he's been cautiously curious. We fully intend to continue to socialize him regularly. I have returned to in office work but still have some work from home flexibility. Weekends of course, we are around for day time care and walks. We have a fenced in yard and keep close eyes on pups in our home. Happy to accommodate pups who are more comfortable with crate training.
