About: I owned a cat for 16 years and most recently a dog for almost 16! Not ready for another of my own just yet, but missing the cuddles and walks! As a teacher my school year is winding down. I will be available starting Tues. June 9, daily, for the whole summer. Hope to get a chance to spoil your pet soon! I have a fenced in side yard area that dogs can use throughout the day. I also have my own crate that a dog can sleep in, as well as my own litter box for cats to use.

About: I’ve always wanted a dog, but felt like my cat would not appreciate the additional company. Now that my home is cat free I really want to test the waters and see what it would be like a dog. Dog sitting is the perfect way to get some of that experience. I work for myself, so I have complete flexibility over my schedule. I don’t go to an office so it’s never an issue to take care of a pet at any time I think it depends on the pets, but generally, I like to play with them, walk them, and just spend time with them. Some of the best nights were the nights I just sat on the couch watching TV while my cats lounged on the floor.

About: I have never had to take care of cats before, however, from experience with my friends cats I have learned how much I love cats and what cats need to feel happy. I have also spent 4 months in Athens Greece where street cats are everywhere and many occasions I fed and took care of some of the neighborhood cats.

About: I work at a Doggy Daycare in Deerfield so I have much experience with dogs! I love making sure they are well fed, exercised and happy. I love throwing the ball and giving them belly rubs. Being with animals make me happy. I don’t go to an office so it’s never an issue to take care of a pet at any time I think it depends on the pets, but generally, I like to play with them, walk them, and just spend time with them. Some of the best nights were the nights I just sat on the couch watching TV while my cats lounged on the floor.

Lando loved hanging out on the patio and got to go on plenty of walks while in Thea’s care. She successfully administered antibiotics and helped him adjust to his stay. 10/10 would book with Thea again :)”

“This was the first time my 10yo dog, Finley, did not have someone stay with him in his own home. Kyle had been recommended to me by a friend’s daughter. We did a meet and greet prior to my leaving, and tho it went well, I was quite anxious about leaving Finn. Fortunately, all my fears were unfounded; each day I received a photo and/or a brief update. Finn was completely fine and quite nonchalant about my return. Kyle gave him his meds, more walks than I do, and I don’t think he was alone once! I feel great about having a resource in Kyle and his family for future trips!”
