About: This Is Not Pet Sitting. This Is Stewardship. Thoughtful, safety-first care for dogs who deserve to be deeply understood. As the owner of Noble Paw Society LLC, care is approached with intention, discernment, and deep respect for the individuality of every dog. As a certified therapy dog handler and aspiring professional dog trainer, I bring both intuitive understanding and a growing technical foundation to my work. My experience spans dogs of all breeds, temperaments, and backgrounds, supported by extensive foster work that has shaped a calm, adaptable, and safety-first approach to care. I am highly attentive to canine behavior, environmental management, and proper introductions, ensuring that every dog in my care feels secure, respected, and well-matched. Safety, structure, and emotional well-being are at the core of every service I provide. Noble Paw Society operates with a selective client model, maintaining a small, well-curated roster to ensure each dog receives elevated, personalized attention. I offer in-home boarding and house sitting, with availability primarily in the evenings and on weekends. Many of my clients are long-standing relationships built on trust, consistency, and thoughtful care. My home is a calm, dog-centered environment with a secure fenced yard and two well-socialized resident dogs, both rescues. Both are certified therapy dogs (Spring 2025 and Spring 2026). Dogs here are treated as family, with comfort, enrichment, and appropriate boundaries thoughtfully balanced. For those who value discretion, reliability, and a higher standard of care, Noble Paw Society offers a refined approach to pet sitting rooted in trust, safety, and genuine connection.
“Karen is a wonderful cat sitter! She was dependable, kind, and super comfortable caring for my cats. She also sent lots of pictures while I was away, which really put me at ease, and my cats looked happy in every update. Karen followed instructions carefully and made sure everything stayed clean and comfortable for them. I would absolutely trust Karen to watch my cats again!”

“Tracy is awesome and I highly recommend her!! She took great care of our puppy dog and giving him plenty attention while we were away. A great communicator, she was also extremely flexible when our travel plans unexpectedly changed.”

“Tashmica took care of our three rambunctious cats, one who requires multiple medications twice a day, with love, joy, and kindness. We are so thankful she was there and we could trust our cats were expertly cared for while we were away. Such a relief!”
“We have booked Justin several times to watch our dog when we are out of town. He is reliable and dependable. Our dog can be a challenge because of his size and his reactivity to other animals but Justin handles it well. I would recommend him to anyone needing pet care.”

“Emily is wonderful! She took great care of my cat and provided regular and detailed updates so I knew my cat was doing well while I was away! She also was kind enough to bring my cat a few gifts, which is so kind and thoughtful. Highly recommended Emily! :)”

“Elizabeth is great, always caring and attentive! This is the second time she’s watched my cat, it feels great to have a sitter I know I can trust when I’m out of town.”

“Kaitlyn is a fantastic kitty sitter! She watched our kitten over Christmas and New Years keeping him healthy and happy! We so looked forward to getting her pictures of him each stay and her notes on what’s what! She was very communicative and easy to get ahold of when need be. I highly recommend Kaitlyn if you need someone you can trust to watch your kitty kitty!”

“Alexander seemed to do a good job with my cat Carlos, sending me photo's etc. However apparently Carlos wasn't fond of Alex and seemed aggressive according to Alex. I am sorry about that. Alex gave me peace of mind that my cat was Oaky.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs in some aspect my entire life. From walking, to house sitting, to bathing, if any friend or family member needed their doggo taken care of, I was the girl for the job! I am very good with all kinds of dogs at any stage of their life, as I have been dog sitting for various clients for the last 4-years, both on and off Rover. I’m currently a Ph.D student at MSU, so I’m super flexible when it comes to working around clients schedules. I have in person classes on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in the AM and early afternoon, but other than that, I am happy to spend my free time with pups! I always make sure to follow the parent of the fur baby I’m walking or house sitting to ensure that the experience for both the parent and the pup is a pleasing one.

“My doggies needed a check-in at the last minute, and Arden was quick to respond to my request and ready and willing to help. My day could have been super stressful, worrying about my doggies while I was stuck away from home. But Arden, who is super reliable, made my day worry-free. Those kinds of seemingly small things make a big difference, and it's clear that Arden understands that. Highly recommend!”

About: I've been caring for dogs my entire highschool career and I'm keeping it going while I'm in college. I have cared for big, small, older, and special need dogs. I can handle any challenge the pet may bring. I grew up with cats, dogs, fishes, and Axolotls, always at least 4 animals in the house at one time! I'm at school from 8:10am-11:30am On Monday-Thursday with plenty of time for check ins morning, afternoon, and evening. I am often busy on Fridays during the spring and fall but my weekends are completely open! I am familiar with care for all types of dogs and their quirks, I give frequent walks, make sure food and water is available, and play with them. I like to provide as much comfort as I can to pets that miss their owners.
About: I was a primary caretaker for my senior family dog and now a full time caretaker for my lizard and two new dogs. All my life I have gravitated to as well as enjoyed pets and the responsibility that comes with them. Neighbors, family, and family friends, have trusted me with their pets after noticing my attentiveness to the care needed to raise healthy and well-behaved pets. I am a recent college graduate in the midst of applying to medical school so I am regularly doing any type of pet-care. I am very flexible and further discussions on schedules are 100% welcome! I have always genuinely enjoyed the experience involved with taking care of pets, including playing with them, and even some of the more monotonous tasks involved. I am open to certain quirks different pets might have, and I will, more than anything else, make sure their environment and experience is safe and enjoyable. Whether you allow your pets more free reign or require a more secure environment, there will be no obstacles to prevent me from fulfilling your requests! Currently I am on a flexible study schedule for medical school studying, meaning that pet care can fit into any part of my day. I am constantly involved with my parents’s dogs lives and managing playing with them or taking them on walks is no problem for me! In my home, pets are treated equal to us. Whether that be making nutritious, homemade food for all pets in the house or making sure that they are healthy and seeing the doctor regularly, my pets are my family! I will always follow all of the rules and guidelines you give me for your pets to ensure they are living their best lives.

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Lansing
This is the second year Kasey has taken care of my two kitties. [Last year I failed to review in time.] She did great job with them. I really enjoyed the daily notes, photos, and videos she sent. I felt better knowing and seeing they were well cared for. They are both just two years old and not accustomed to unfamiliar faces. One bonded well and the shier one kept some distance, but he did come around some days. Kasey responded as needed to each personality. I would absolutely recommend Kasey as a reliable, caring, and trusting caregiver for my little sweeties. She's a great videographer as well :) . Thanks, Kasey!

I recommend Nicolas very highly. I only asked him to check in on my goldfish pond and make sure there weren't any issues such as the water level getting too low or the predator net shifting out of place. He seemed very conscientious, taking notes while I talked to him about the things to check for with the pond. He went above and beyond to sit and watch the fish for a while and give me a report on their behavior, as well as checking that my garden plants looked like they were doing OK and everything looked secure at my house. His updates were very detailed and fun to read and he sent photos. I was very impressed.

Michael has taken care of our cats twice now and I am very pleased with his work. He makes sure that they are fed, have water and clean litter. The pictures he sends are reassuring that my cats are safe, and well cared for. He also takes the time to play with the cats. Also, he is very respectful of our home, our animals and us. I highly recommend him!
Samantha did a wonderful job looking after our feisty cat, Mipha, who usually does very poorly with sitters and is prone to separation anxiety. Samantha made sure Mipha got plenty of treats and attention, and was very patient with her even when Mipha got defensive. Samantha is clearly very experienced with this kind of behavior and understood immediately that Mipha was setting her boundaries with an unfamiliar person. Samantha communicated with us consistently and gave us detailed updates on her behavior and mood throughout the week. We will definitely be reaching out to her again the next time we need someone to look after our spicy kitty!

I had to book fairly last minute and I was super lucky to come across Megan. She was very professional, easy to communicate with, and gave my cat so much love and attention! If anything Megan has made it difficult because I now have another wonderful sitter to choose from!

Bernice was incredible!! I very rarely ever leave my dog, but she made me feel so at ease knowing that he was in kind, caring, & attentive hands! She took great care of my dog, & was also great with providing updates and photos to ensure I was always in the loop. I would rebook her in a heartbeat, & highly recommend her for any pet care needs! Very grateful for the care she provided my dog.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
