Elizabeth was so patient with our Jack but by the end of the time he was sitting on her lap and letting her feed him from churru tubes. She worked hard to earn his trust which made a long trip successful for everyone. She also graciously put our trash and recycling bins out and away on our trash days plus made sure to bring in packages that kept being delivered after our wedding. She was super communicative, sent a few videos of Jack with his new found love of cat tv and made us feel very secure leaving our baby for a longer period of time. Highly recommend!
The pups took to Michael right away at the meet and greet which was a great sign and made me at ease with trusting our dogs to Michael’s care. Pics and reports on each visit let us know the pups were getting the care they needed. Michael was great to work with and such a nice person. We are new to Lansing and are very glad to have found a new dog sitter so quickly. Recommend!
Kaitlyn did an amazing job looking after our two cats while we were on a 10-day vacation! She was responsive and thorough in her daily report cards, which was so nice to read while we were gone. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
