About: I’ve had animals all my life. I’ve raised two dogs from the puppy stage, a black lab named Coda who passed in 2015; and the chihuahua/pug mutt named Sparky that I have now. I am also a foster home for the Capital Area Humane Society and have experience with nervous dogs and runners. In addition I’ve owned and taken care of a number of cats, rabbits, reptiles, and fish. I also am comfortable with a number of other animals as well. I’m currently home all day while the kids are in school so I have lots of time to help you out. I also have some evenings and weekends available, just ask! I own my home and have a large fenced in back yard. I have reliable transportation and a clean driving record. Pets are welcome on the furniture in my home.

About: I was raised with dogs my entire life and have experience with a variety of breeds and ages. I was a dog-sitter while in grad school and really enjoyed getting to watch other people’s pets as well. I adopted a senior cat during COVID and have loved having my first ever cat. Since adopting her as a senior, I have gained experience giving her a variety of medications and dealing with different quirks and challenges. I love both cats and dogs, and would love the chance to get to know your pets! I understand how stressful it can be to entrust your beloved friend to someone else, but I am a very responsible person who would treat your pets like I’d want someone to treat mine. I am able to accommodate most schedules and have a lot of open availability during the week, as well as most weekends. I’m able to be flexible to meet the needs of you and your pets! I am unable to offer boarding services in my own home. When providing drop-in visits or other services in your home, I’m happy to be flexible! I am very trustworthy and am willing to help with other household tasks as needed, such as bringing in mail or packages.

About: I began working at my hometowns vet clinic when I was 16, where I gained a lot of experience with animal handling and care. I continue to work at the clinic during my school breaks, and I enjoy walking dogs at the animal shelter during my free time on campus. I have pet sat for many friends and family members over the years, which has given me experience caring for both dogs and cats of a variety of sizes and temperaments. I am an undergraduate student at MSU, studying animal science! My class schedule has many gaps, so there are lots of opportunities for me to check in on your pet throughout the day. I provide care through feeding, walking, and keeping your pet company while you are busy or out of town! I am unable to house pets due to living in an apartment that does not allow them, but I am able to provide care for them throughout the day while they remain in the familiar environment of their own home!

About: Along with balancing a part-time job, my spring semester class schedule keeps me busy in the mornings, but I’m usually available after 2:30 p.m. most days — and I’m always happy to answer any questions about specific times or scheduling needs!! I truly love animals and always miss my furry friends while I’m away at school. I grew up with two dogs and a cat, which sparked my passion for caring for pets of all kinds. I'm a student at Michigan State University with a part-time job, so my availability can vary, but I’m typically pretty flexible and have time the weekends. When caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, I focus on creating a familiar and comfortable environment for them. In a client’s home, I maintain their regular routines as closely as possible, from feeding and walks to any specific care needs or commands they’re used to. I can also provide updates and photos to keep owners reassured and informed
