About: I’ve had dogs my whole life. I have a Masters in Biomedical Veterinary science and will be attending Veterinary school in 2023. I’m known as the go to dog sitter amongst my friends. I treat every pet like it’s my own. I promise to give them all the love, cuddles, and play time they need. My veterinarian science background allows me to give your dog extra care. I currently am not working but have a baby with me at home. When your pet is staying with us your dog will be the only dog. I can walk your dog when needed and feed on schedule. We have a small female dog who will be staying with a family member if your doggy doesn’t like other dogs. We have a fenced yard and a designated fenced potty yard.

About: I have always had passionate for animals since I was a kid; I dreamed of becoming a veterinarian for as long as I can remember. In order to fulfill this dream, I am majoring in animal science at Michigan State University as a third year student! Additionally, I volunteered at the Humane Society of West Michigan and Second Chance Cats. I would walk dogs, social cats, and clean litter boxes, bowls, and surfaces. As a volunteer, I learned how to understand behavior of pets to prevent a situation from escalating and promote the safety of the pet, myself, and others. I am excited to meet your pets and provide excellent care! I am not currently working right now, so time is flexible here! I am willing to work around your schedule and the best time for you. I am not available anytime on Wednesday and Sunday mornings. As I care for your pets in your home, I will make sure to follow all pet care instructions, whether it's dietary needs or medication regimens. I'll provide food and water when needed. Also, I could never forget to provide enrichment if the animal is comfortable. While I meet the basic needs, I will also be cautious of behavior in order to promote security for myself as well as the pet. Not only will I take care of your pets, but also, if comfortable, I can bring in mail, vacuum, or do laundry while respecting privacy and maintaining appearance of activity at client residence. Most importantly, I will secure locks and entryways to prevent unauthorized access by persons not approved by owners, and respect the boundaries of the home. As it goes for dog walking, I will be cautious of my surrounding environment, such as cars or other dogs, to promote safety for myself as well as the pet. Also, I'll never yank or pull harshly on the leash that could possible harm the pet. I'll always pick up after the animal.

About: I have 2 dogs of my own and have helped in training them since they were puppies. Now they are 4 and 5, and before I moved to East Lansing I walked and played with them almost everyday. I will give your dogs personal and attentive care to fill the puppy void in my life. I am a full time student living in East Lansing, I have availability Mon Wed Fri as well as most weekends, I have a car and can drive wherever needed! I can do drop in’s multiple times a day for walks and feeding or spend the night at your home to look after your beloved pets

About: I’ve been dog sitting for about 5 years and have experience with puppies as well as older dogs. I love cats as well and would love to help you out with whatever animal care needs you have. I have worked at a veterinary clinic for almost 3 years now and have gained lots of experience. I am mainly looking for dog walking gigs, but am always happy to consult on other needs. My schedule is pretty open for the most part. I am taking college classes part time, so I do have class for a few hours on Tuesday’s and Thursdays. Other than that I am usually free. My dogs have access to a fenced in area outside that is connected to a doggy door, but I am used to taking dogs out frequently when I am dog sitting.

About: I’ve had a dog in my life since the day I was born and have always grown up treating them like family. I’ve had a lot of experience leash training my own dogs along with basic commands and tricks and dog sitting various sized dogs for friends over the years. I’m currently an out of state college student so my dogs aren’t here in Boulder with me but when I’m home, whether it’s running around the yard with my 3 year old dog, or sitting on the couch with my senior pup, I love spending time with animals! I’m currently a student at CU Boulder and have various classes spread throughout the day/week. My classes typically start around 9 am and I’m typically done around 3 so I’m flexible about coming early for drop ins, mid day walks, as well as night time care. I have two of the friendliest dogs of my own, and have seen how caring for dogs of all ages can go. I’ve become very familiar with the training process of puppies as well as crate training and keeping pets of any age on a healthy schedule! It would be very easy for me to introduce myself well to your pet and I feel confident in understanding certain behavioral signs so he/she feels comfortable around me! I also enjoy exercising just as much as them. Whether they’re at their own home or having an overnight stay, my top priority for dogs is comfort and happiness :)

About: I work in the veterinary industry and have lots of experience working with various animals. I have been working with animals in different capacities for about 7 years and would love to meet your pets! I am currently in school but my schedule variable day to day and is very flexible for pet walking or sitting. I am a full time resident in Okemos so your pet can get used to seeing a familiar face! I can not house pets at my residence but can offer a variety of services at the owners home. I have a car with plenty of room for pets to go on adventures to dog parks, hikes, or just for a ride. I can also feed, crate, walk, and entertain pets in the owners home.

Even though I study from home, this just means that I'm always on hand to give your dog frequent potty breaks, offer continuous companionship, and provide focused, hands-on attention any time it wants them. My only classes that take place on campus last between one and two hours, so I never stay away for long. As a result, my schedule is an excellent match for house sitting or drop-ins—your dog receives steady companionship and frequent potty breaks, and I get a much-needed opportunity to get out of the textbooks for a walk. Plus, my weekends are entirely free! Safety is always my top priority when looking after your dog. Since I brought up a hyperactive and clever Husky mix, I am constantly watchful for things such as door-dashing, securing objects, and making certain that nothing dangerous is accessible. When I am in your home, I regard your property with the utmost respect and make sure that everything remains secure. While on walks, I stay very aware of my surroundings to avoid any danger or harmful debris. Additionally, I drive my own car, so in the event of an emergency (God forbid), I will be able to take your dog safely to the vet.

About: I am and aspiring vet med student and have experience working in 2 veterinaries and an animal shelter. I also worked with more exotic pets in a pet store and during my high school years at a zoo. I have had dogs and cats my whole life and currently I own a dog and 2 cats. I love all kinds of animals and would love to spend time with your sweet babies I do have a part time job currently, as well as being a student so it is very important that you schedule with me as soon as possible so that i can make time in my schedule for you and you pets! I am very gentle and cuddly and love to snuggle with all kinds of fur babies! I also have done tons of personal research and have written multiple papers on propper care for cats and dogs, as well as other various types of animals!

About: I've been taking care of dogs and cats since before I completed my undergraduate degree in Animal Science, taking part in rescue organizations and volunteering as a foster. I also have 2 dogs (7 and 4 y/o) that I raised since they were puppies. I also have experience caring for senior dogs and cats. If your pets have any special needs, let me know and we can discuss! I'm currently finishing up a PhD in animal science at MSU, so I have a somewhat flexible schedule that can be adjusted based on your needs. I am a graduate student, so my schedule is flexible as I build it myself. I can adjust based on pet care needs, as well as do check-ins throughout the day. Being an owner of two very different dogs, I understand that there are different requirements and needs for each pet, so I will take care of your pet based on any of the requirements you set.

About: I've taken care of a variety of pets since I was 9 years old. I have a variety of clients around the 574 area along with down where I go to college. Sitting/boarding, walking, and training is where I have the most experience with pets. I'm often the first call from family and friends when in search of pet care and training. I raised a very medically compromised puppy from birth so I have experience with those caliber of animals. Registered veterinary technician. Work Monday-Thursdays 8a-6p so I’m available Thursday evening-Sunday afternoon for a variety of different services. Can potentially make arrangements for weeknight care if needed but I wouldn’t be available until after 7 pm. I have a fenced in yard with three small dogs of my own. They are all very gentle and laid back and welcoming to other dogs in the household, with one being a puppy who is eager to have a playmate as the other two generally don't play unless out in the yard. I love getting to know the owners as well as their pets and their preferences and quirks to ensure that I can give the best care possible.

About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats throughout my life, both as a pet owner and for friends and family who have trusted me with their pets. I also have experience volunteering at the Humane Society, where I walked, fed, and cared for dogs of all different breeds, sizes, and personalities. I currently have a dog, Olive, and a cat, Kirby, of my own. Olive can be anxious around new people, so I understand the importance of being patient and allowing pets to warm up at their own pace. Kirby is an indoor/outdoor cat, so I’m also very comfortable caring for cats with different routines and personalities. I have experience caring for pets with medical needs as well. One of my family dogs requires daily medication, which I have administered regularly. I also grew up with two cats who required daily medications and subcutaneous fluids, so I’m comfortable following specific care instructions and medication schedules. Having pets of my own, I know how important it is to have someone you trust caring for them while you’re away. I’ll treat your pets with the same patience, attention, and care that I give my own. I’m currently an Emergency Medicine resident, so my schedule varies from week to week. I work a mix of days, evenings, nights, and weekends, but I receive my schedule in advance and only accept bookings that I know I can accommodate. Because my work hours can vary, I’m happy to discuss your pet’s usual routine and how long they’re comfortable being alone before booking to make sure I’m a good fit. On my days off, I have plenty of flexibility for walks, playtime, and lots of attention! I primarily provide care at clients’ homes, where pets can stay comfortable in their own familiar environment. I do my best to keep their normal routine as consistent as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, potty breaks, playtime, medications, and any other specific care instructions. For house sitting and drop-in visits, I’ll make sure your pets get plenty of attention and will keep you updated with photos and messages so you can feel comfortable knowing they’re well cared for while you’re away.
