Charlie is 12 years old and diabetic, she stayed on her eating schedule and received her insulin shots on time — Dickson handled everything perfectly and with such care. I felt completely comfortable knowing she was safe, happy, and enjoying time playing in his fenced backyard. You can truly tell he loves animals and treats them like family. Natalie was amazing throughout the entire stay. She was very attentive and responsive, and she sent me photos every day, which I really appreciated. Nala had so much fun and was so well taken care of. It truly felt like Nala was having her own vacation with Natalie and Paisley while we were on vacation. Paisley is incredibly sweet and friendly, and she and Nala got along so well. I could tell Nala was happy, comfortable, and loved the whole time. Dorothy was wonderful to work with. The communication was great and I was very comfortable leaving my dog in her care, I highly recommend her! I've had other sitters and it was normal for my dog to be stressed out and not eat food for a day or two. Much to my surprise, my dog ate normally right from the start which is a huge testament to how well Dorothy nurtured her and helped her relax.
