Ashley was great! She responded to my request almost immediately, was able to take care of my puppy upon very short notice, and she sent me cute pictures and videos throughout his short stay. I will definitely request Ashley again if we need a sitter.

Let me start by saying my husband and I often don't take trips because we HATE leaving our cats. They are such lovers that need attention, but are your classic scaredy-cat. We've also had health issues with one of our cats from stress, so we always try to minimize chances of repeat issues. Having Ashley to care for them is a game changer. I call her the cat whisperer. She doesn't just stop by to make sure they have food, water, and clean litter. She makes sure to engage them. Give them love and attention. I know it helps them so much more than any other cat sitter we've had. Honestly, they probably sometimes get better play in the 15-30+ minutes she plays with them than they often get from us! Even our really shy kitty is known to make an appearance for her. That's how I know they truly love her and her presence. Our cats also tend to open sock drawers and pull all the socks out and she helps put them back away. LOL totally not expected of her but she always goes above and beyond. I'm also pretty sure she cleans the litter more than we ask for because she knows it makes the cats happier. She also provides us with stories and updates which is helpful while we are missing them so much. Since getting our first cat about 9 years ago... I've never been more comfortable and happier leaving our cats behind as I do with Ashley. It's a great feeling to better enjoy vacations or whatever has us out of town.
