Much to my surprise, my dog ate normally right from the start which is a huge testament to how well Dorothy nurtured her and helped her relax.

Recent retiree looking to fill my days and nights with the love and joy of caring for your dogs. Days, overnights, weekends. Holidays and school breaks too.

Safety, trust & environment
Overnight and daycare guests will meet ‘n’ greet my dogs on an introductory trust walk. My dogs are fully vaccinated and in compliance with all Therapy Dog International healthcare guidelines. Your dog might well feel most at home with us in their own crate, or I can provide one. We will integrate your dog’s schedule/ routine/meals as closely as possible. If you choose, we can go to our private dog park or on some other adventures like a hike in Moraine Hills or a swim in the warmer weather.

A typical day
Dog days are filled with walks and cuddles. We can enjoy access to a private dog park, go for a swim as weather permits. I have qualified dogs at Police and Search and Rescue Level 1 Obstacle. These skills translate to so many fun things to do at the children’s playground just down the street in our neighborhood!
