About: I have been around cats and dogs most of my life, and have had my own dogs for 10+ years. Right now I have three- a tiny Chihuahua, a medium Carolina mix, and a HUGE Rhodesian Ridgeback. I trained them myself and they are my whole world! “This is our second booking with Samantha. We’ve never left our cats for an extended period and I was anxious about being gone for a whole week. But Samantha kept us up to date on our babies with photos and videos, which truly contributed to a relaxing vacation. She even sent a video from our koi pond of our fish and growing tadpoles. Our cats looked comfortable and content in the photos and videos which was so nice to see :) She was also a stellar house sitter and went above and beyond. She collected the mail, took out the garbage, and didn’t leave a single dirty dish. The temps spiked right after we left and she was able to install the ac unit in one of our rooms (freestanding unit, no lifting!) to keep our kitties cool. We’re looking forward to booking Samantha again and I think our kitties will be happy with a familiar face as well.”

About: Hi there! I am so excited to finally be making my pet-sitting official with Rover. I am still new-ish to the area after having moved back in with my parents a little less than a year ago (originally from New Jersey, then moved to California for college and work). I have had the pleasure of taking care of my family dog (Winnie the Cavapoo) since we got her 9 years ago. Hanging out with her is one of my favorite things to do, and she truly makes each day better with every walk we go on and every cuddle we share. I've also gotten to dog-sit for some of my best friends and locals while I was in college, and it really helped me whenever I was missing my Winnie girl! My only hope is to provide you with peace of mind that your pup is in good hands with me! My schedule is pretty wide open and flexible! If there is a time/day on my schedule that looks unavailable, message me and I'll see if I can move things around to make it work (as I share a car with a family member). If you need me to come over and pet-sit at your home, I will respect all the rules you provide me with so you are comfortable with having me in your home while I watch your fur baby. Please let me know in advance to your booking if your pet is allowed on furniture, or in certain areas of your home, and what/where are absolute no-go's, so I can remember to keep them away from those areas. If you use a crate with them, please let me know how you use it with them - if they must be crated the entirety of time while indoors aside from meal and potty times, or if for certain periods of time. If you have a backyard that is fenced and secure, I am comfortable with letting them of their leash (if you permit it) so they have free reign to run around, but if it is not an enclosed space, I am not comfortable letting them off their leash, even if they are trained perfectly - just want to be safe and take all the precautions I can to make sure they are safe while with me!

“She was fantastic with my dog. We had a last minute change of plans with our other sitter days before a trip and she took him in no problem. She was very patient with him and made sure he was content in her home. Would highly recommend.”
About: I started working with dogs since I was 10 years old through 4-h dog training. Since aging out of 4-h I have been working at doggy daycare and boarding facilities. This gave me the skills to work with any breed and size of dogs. Im currently working part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups. They will have plenty of play time and down time. They will be individually let out to potty for easy monitoring and have individual play time. Extra cuddles during these times are a definite and maybe some extra treats too.

Throughout the weekend, she kept me updated on how the dogs were doing and included supporting pictures. Not only was Katey great at caring for our dogs, but also her family and personal pets. The large fenced in yard was a bonus on top of the great service. We will definitely return to Katey for our future dog watching needs!”
