About: I've often thought about how best to care for my pets when I go out of town. I would want them to be with someone who is loving and makes them feel as if they were with their owner. I would treat your pet the same way I treat mine, with love, care, and attention they need and deserve. We have a fenced yard, neighborhood sidewalks, and nearby walking. I'm super active and into health and fitness. I do crossfit during the week. "A dog is this only thing on earth that loves you more than he loves himself" I’m currently a stay at home mom to an 2yo, 8yo, and a 6mo puppy. I’ve grew up with dogs in my household. My schedule is pretty much open from 10am- 5pm. I have a fenced in yard and one friendly dog to keep your fur baby company. My dog is trained to be out of the cage while I’m gone. I am more then happy to crate your fur baby while I leave my house to do daily errands.
“Dorothy was outstanding coming to our house to feed and let out our 2 dogs. She was great with the dogs, responds quickly to questions and sent many photos while we traveled out of state for a wedding. We trusted her and did not worry about our dogs. I would highly recommend her services.”

About: Hello! I am a very active individual who loves to engage and play with pets. I consider myself an avid runner, and have never shied away from taking pets with me. I am very used to walking and caring for dogs of all shapes and sizes. For daycare, I work from home full time and have a large fenced in yard that all dogs love! I currently have two pets, a 1 year old pup named Vasher and a orange tabby cat named Locke. Vasher is a golden retriever / German shepherd mix who is the best boy. He already weighs over 70 lb! He loves to play, run around, and talk to us with his buttons. He is extremely friendly and loves to make new friends, both human and dog alike. Locke will make friends with any person he meets. I also helped raised my parents dog Leine, who is a 90lb tree walker cooonhound. She is the sweetest pup at 10 years old. I have watched and cared for dogs of all sizes and energy levels, but you can probably tell I have a special place for large playful dogs. If you're looking for somewhere to drop off your dog for the day where they will have a huge yard and a playmate, I'm your guy. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions! I currently work remotely! My schedule is entirely flexible, so I will be able to take care of your pet at any time of the day. If you have a set schedule for walking/feeding/playing, I'll be able to stick to it without any issues. I will care for your pet by paying attention to their needs, whether it be playing, cuddling, or feeding. I will keep them as active as possible, and would be happy to run them around the yard or neighborhood. I am very willing to follow whatever instructions you have for your pet.
About: I am experienced in administering medicinal injections, nail trimming and teeth brushing of larger breeds, lifting 60+ lbs, pad and potty training, and assisting senior and special needs dogs. I currently work remote and spend most of the day with my own pup by my side. We go to the nearby dog park at least weekly, go on two 20-25 minute walks (1mi+) daily, and play regularly throughout the day. He is very friendly and happy to tag along for any walks or play times, if the company is welcomed. I have a large crate available, if needed, and an in ground stake in the front and back yard with 30ft leads attached, allowing for plenty of time outside in shaded and unshaded areas. Food bowls are cleaned after every meal and pet waste is cleaned up after every trip outside.
About: Hi there! I am so excited to finally be making my pet-sitting official with Rover. I am still new-ish to the area after having moved back in with my parents a little less than a year ago (originally from New Jersey, then moved to California for college and work). I have had the pleasure of taking care of my family dog (Winnie the Cavapoo) since we got her 9 years ago. Hanging out with her is one of my favorite things to do, and she truly makes each day better with every walk we go on and every cuddle we share. I've also gotten to dog-sit for some of my best friends and locals while I was in college, and it really helped me whenever I was missing my Winnie girl! My only hope is to provide you with peace of mind that your pup is in good hands with me! My schedule is pretty wide open and flexible! If there is a time/day on my schedule that looks unavailable, message me and I'll see if I can move things around to make it work (as I share a car with a family member). If you need me to come over and pet-sit at your home, I will respect all the rules you provide me with so you are comfortable with having me in your home while I watch your fur baby. Please let me know in advance to your booking if your pet is allowed on furniture, or in certain areas of your home, and what/where are absolute no-go's, so I can remember to keep them away from those areas. If you use a crate with them, please let me know how you use it with them - if they must be crated the entirety of time while indoors aside from meal and potty times, or if for certain periods of time. If you have a backyard that is fenced and secure, I am comfortable with letting them of their leash (if you permit it) so they have free reign to run around, but if it is not an enclosed space, I am not comfortable letting them off their leash, even if they are trained perfectly - just want to be safe and take all the precautions I can to make sure they are safe while with me!
“Chloe did great with my cat, Ellie. She came over twice a day with no issues and fed, watered, and cleaned the litter area for Ellie when I was out of town for two weeks. The house looks spotless and Ellie appreciated the company. Highly recommended!”

“Natalie has been absolutely fantastic with my four dogs. She handles them all with no problem at all. She is responsible and flexible with schedule changes and that has been a big help as my work schedule does fluctuate. The dogs just love her and we feel very fortunate to have her as our daily pet sitter. I would strongly recommend Natalie if you are looking for peace of mind when it comes to having someone trustworthy to care for your pets.”

“Miranda was fantastic. She stopped to meet Zelda before the scheduled walks. She kept me updated and everything went perfectly. Zelda feels comfortable with her already and they get along great. Highly recommended!”

Prior to that, I had taken care of family friends’ dogs- pugs, golden retrievers, labs, poodles and more. Jose My wife says all dogs love me and that I am a dog whisperer. I don’t know if that’s true, but I sure do love spending time with dogs. I’m always happy when I’ve got a dog by my side. I’m also available for odd jobs and anything IT related. I have my BS in computer science. We can do drop in visits, walks, overnights and boarding. We are also offering doggie daycare out of our home, see below for more info. “Marcy has been great, we have used her services several times the last few months and have all good things to say. The biggest help is being able to work with the short notices due to my work schedule. Her flexibility has been awesome. My dogs seem to really enjoy her and Marcy has been wonderful to my pups.....”

About: I've had family pets since I was an infant, and have grown up taking care of them as soon as I was able. Dogs, cats, fish, guinea pigs. I worked at Pet Supplies Plus handling animals of all kinds for two years, and volunteer at shelters nearby. I can handle dogs both big and small, and have done a lot of research on training, grooming, and nutrition for both dogs and cats! I work as a teaching assistant at Cadence Academy, and work 7:30am-6pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. I'm able to take care of pets before and after work, and on the weekends. If you live close enough, I can also stop in to take care of them during my break! I am very good with house rules (no furniture, eat in a certain area, wait at the door to go out, kennel, etc) and maintaining structure/routine. I'm patient with the animals and observe their body language to determine how to best work with them to get a desired outcome so it's a positive experience for all parties involved.

“Elodie took great care of my dog! She showed up exactly at the agreed-upon time for each visit. Elodie is very friendly and easy to work with with. I’ll definitely be using her again.”

“I can’t say enough wonderful things about Jessica. She is truly a delight—patient, caring, and incredibly attentive with my dog. Her calm and loving nature puts me completely at ease, knowing my pup is in the best hands when I can’t be there. I feel so much peace of mind knowing she will be there for my dog, and I’m truly grateful to have found her. Highly recommend!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Lake in the Hills
Alyssa was absolutely wonderful with our three pets (two dogs and one cat)! She was kind, reliable, and took great care of all of them. Our cat has medical needs, and before giving his medication for the first time, she made sure to double-check everything with us, which we really appreciated. It gave us peace of mind knowing our pets were in such caring hands. We would absolutely use Alyssa again and highly recommend her!

Mary was simply amazing! She loved over both my babies, took them on walks, let me know when they used the bathroom and drank, sent many photos. Not only did she look over both dogs, but she also helped with my pup who is potty training. I would highly recommend Mary and will be requesting her help in the future.

Rachael is an excellent pet sitter! She was always very punctual and thorough with her pet care (2 cats and a dog). She was careful to follow my written instructions to keep their schedules as close to normal as possible. Her daily logs about her visits were detailed and fun to read! And lots of cute pictures! She is very sweet and kind and I would not hesitate to ask for her help again!

Hannah is so good to our fur babies! She is reliable and flexible and has come in last minute for those surprise bookings that most pet parents come across. We appreciate Miss Hannah and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a loving caregiver for their pets.

Brooklyn was a real hero for me, when I needed a last minute pet sitter. I knew her from outside Rover and she knew my dogs. They warmed up to her right away and I could tell from the pictures they were happy she was there. They were fed, walked, played with and received lots of cuddles.
