About: I’ve grown up taking care of both cats and dogs, including small and large breeds. I currently have a chocolate lab who I walk, feed, and play with every day. I also have experience caring for senior dogs and cats, and I understand the extra patience, attention, and care they may need. I love cats and am comfortable feeding them, changing litter, playing with them, and giving them lots of attention. I’m reliable, caring, and truly enjoy being around animals! I’m home from college until August 10th. I’m available all day on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8 AM–3PM for dog walking, pet sitting, and drop-in visits for both cats and dogs! I’m also available on weekends and am flexible with timing. I’m happy to work around your pet’s normal routine to make sure they feel comfortable, cared for, and safe. I’m always mindful, respectful, and responsible when caring for pets in someone else’s home. I make sure to keep a clean and safe environment, follow instructions carefully, and handle everything with care. I understand how important trust is when someone is caring for your pets and home, and I’ll always do my best to make both you and your pets feel comfortable and secure.

About: I’ve spent the past 5 years caring for my two dogs and truly treat them like family. I’m experienced with daily routines, walks, playtime, and lots of love and attention. I’m patient, gentle, and always focused on keeping pets happy, safe, and comfortable. 🐾💛 I currently have a full-time job and looking for a part-time during the weekends. As of right now I’m available afternoon and nights and fully available on the weekends. care for pets as if they were my own by following their routines and giving them plenty of love, attention, and supervision. I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy in both my home and my client’s home.
“I had a wonderful experience with this pet sitting team. They took excellent care of my dog, Theo, and gave me real peace of mind while I was away. Communication was always clear and consistent, and I appreciated the updates they shared. Theo was happy, safe, and well-cared for, and it was obvious they treated him with kindness and patience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and caring pet sitters, and I’ll happily book with them again in the future.”

“Miranda was fantastic. She stopped to meet Zelda before the scheduled walks. She kept me updated and everything went perfectly. Zelda feels comfortable with her already and they get along great. Highly recommended!”

“Amazing experience, Jessica and Luis are super friendly and great. What I love is the ability to communicate back and forth quickly and efficiently. Super honest team and takes very good care! I will be a returning user for sure”

About: I have 19 years of experience volunteering with dogs and cats at three different area rescues. I currently volunteer at Project Hope Animal Rescue Foundation in Gilberts. I also worked for a petsitting service in Elgin for 5.5years, so I have experience with many different types of dogs. I currently have two mixed breed dogs of my own and a cat that are all very happy and healthy! One of my dogs is reactive when on leash around other dogs, so I understand the patience that comes along with that behavior. In 2006, I acquired a dog training certification from Animal Behavior College. I am currently unemployed, so I am available most days and time. I am available for walks or drop-ins for feedings, playtime, cuddle time, etc. It is important for me to know about your pet's personality and routine. What commands does your pet know. Is there any ongoing training that you would like me to reinforce? I love going for walks, so if your pet would enjoy a walk, I would be happy to do that.
“Jackie was so great with our pup Ted. We set up a meet and greet beforehand and he got to feel comfortable with her before we left. She sent lots of pics and videos which made my day!! She even brought him a peanut butter filled treat. Their visits were filled with lots of playtime and a walk. Thank you so much Jackie, we look forward to having you over again soon!!”

About: I’ve taken care of different kinds of dogs since I was 10 years old. I trained both of the dogs I was gifted (Labrador/Boxer mix & Pitbull) as well as grooming them. They both mean very much to me and now that they are older and I no longer live in my old house it would be my pleasure to give care to someone else’s pet! I’m currently working part time so the vast majority of the week I’m available and own my own reliable source of transportation. Extremely flexible with my schedule and times. Very good at playing with dogs and other types of animals as well. Will do anything your dog likes and make sure they enjoy having me around!
About: I’ve always grown up with dogs, cats, a bunny, and guinea pigs—animals have always been family to me. I truly love and care for them. As an incoming freshman, I balance academics with pet care, offering weekend, early morning, and afternoon availability to give your pets loving, and consistent attention. I provide reliable, safe care for pets in my home and clients’ homes, ensuring their needs are met with attention and responsibility at all times!
About: I was a dog sitter for the same dog for 4 years. He was my neighbors dog and is a beautiful golden lab. I would take him for daily walks when my neighbors were working or on vacation. I would feed him his three daily meals and we would play fetch in the backyard. When his owners were on vacation I would stay at their house with him and his cat brother. I would love nights with them being curled up on the couch together. I’m currently a full-time student and part-time Patient Care Technician at a hospital. I have a lot of free time on my hands (surprisingly) and I love animals so why not spend my spare time taking care of others pets! I take online classes so I’m available throughout the day. With my job I only work two days a week overnight, so finding time should be easy to take care of your fur baby. Depending on if you need cat or dog services or both-I’m open to however you would like me to cater to your pets needs. I will keep up with their scheduled feeding times, walks/potty times, brushing their fur, and of course all the cuddles and pets in the world!

“Perfect 10 !!! Danielle went out of her way for me. 100 % satisfaction! Received my report every walk and a picture of my dog. This was my first time leaving my dog without family, was nervous, but she put me at ease. Thank you again!! I highly recommend Danielle.”

About: I have dog sat for about eleven years now and still do for a family I am very close with. I have two of my own dogs who I consider my children since I don't have any of my own. My dogs are two lovable, playful, energetic labs named Bailey and Oreo, they enjoy going on "car-car", rides with me and playing with their tennis balls in the back yard. I enjoy taking dogs on walks and cuddling them and taking care of them if they're ever sick because it breaks my heart. The best part of rover is meeting all the new doggies and families and having them come back to stay with us! It’s wonderful to have playful guests for our dogs and keep our home busy and happy!

“Nycole was very responsive and did everything we asked of her. She took lots of pictures and videos of our cats while we were away. She even came over beforehand to do a meet-and-greet since my kitties can be a bit skittish. I'd use her again!”

“Alisa has been amazing looking after my cat when I was gone. She handled herself very well when my cat wouldn't cooperate with taking his medication. I would definitely use her again!”

Eloise was amazing with my dog and cat and I know they are in such good hands with her! I really appreciate her flexibility and attention to detail with both of my babies and their various needs. I was able to fully enjoy my time away because I knew they were well taken care of. I will absolutely be booking with her again!

Brooklyn was a real hero for me, when I needed a last minute pet sitter. I knew her from outside Rover and she knew my dogs. They warmed up to her right away and I could tell from the pictures they were happy she was there. They were fed, walked, played with and received lots of cuddles.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
