About: I’ve been a cat lover my whole life and would love to meet yours! I have 3 medically complex 4 yr old kitties with allergies, autoimmune conditions, urinary issues, and anal gland infections. I administer oral pills and liquid twice daily for them, and have experience with subcutaneous injections. The first cats in my life were outdoor cats in rural Michigan. Some of my fondest memories are of the excitement on the bus ride home from school to play with my cat when I got home. While in college, I raised a kitten with my partner at the time and introduced a second cat a year later. They were both super energetic and loved play time with catnip toys! After that, I adopted a senior kitty who ended up being my first medically complex fur baby. She had her remaining teeth removed recently when I adopted her, but we dealt with chronic ear and eye infections as well as inflammatory bowel disease. A few months after she passed, she sent me my current three medically complex fur babies to look after. My experience with dogs is less extensive, but I’d still love to meet yours! Growing up we’d dog sit for my grandpa’s medium sized dog and my best friend had 2 wire fox terriers. More recently, I’ve watched my friend’s tiny chihuahua for a few days who got along well with my cats 🐶🐱 I am currently in between jobs, previously working as a software developer and project manager. I have lots of availability for drop-in visits and walks any day of the week 😸🐾 Your pet’s health, safety, and happiness are my top priority as a pet sitter. Please let me know about any medical concerns, so I can properly care for your pet. I will diligently follow care instructions and provide detailed updates on your pet. I will also ensure your home is the same if not cleaner than when I entered if applicable.

About: I have always been a dog person. I only have one dog, but I love him with my whole heart. I have been taking care of my neighbors golden retriever on and off for around 5 years now, whenever the owner is away for work. I can work with any size dog, and any breed. I only work part time right now, and for these next two weeks, I am not working at all! I work at a school, so I also get Christmas break off. I start school again in January, but I still will have a decently open schedule. Whatever the client needs, I will do! I am more looking to do drop ins, and walks, but I am more than willing to stay with the pup for a bit and play with them to take some of their energy out.

We will integrate your dog’s schedule/ routine/meals as closely as possible. If you choose, we can go to our private dog park or on some other adventures like a hike in Moraine Hills or a swim in the warmer weather.

About: I work as a wildland firefighter. In the winters I like to get the critter love I don't get in the summer. I enjoy practiceing training with pets, I watch friends dogs and cats while they go on vacation. Help with farm critters and house projects. It's nice to be around animals and help others out. I've got an open schedule the next few months. Love walking or running in the mornings and evenings. Weekends and Fridays are typically open during the work week. Pets are usually more comfortable in their own home. So I'd prefer to take care of them there. I have a very open place right next to the river with some space to play. For kitties there are plenty of nap spots in the house. There's parks within a short distance and trails to run. I’m currently doing mostly short term work and home projects so there is a lot off time for breaks to go for a walk or get some pets in. I have a nice open home with plenty of nap spots. I can crate your pet if needed. They will not be alone for extended periods of time and can join me most of the time if I have to be away for awhile.

About: I grew up with dogs, helping watch and walk family, neighbors and friends dogs. I have been a dog owner since purchasing a home, 6 yrs ago. I'm also apart of an animal rescue and very involved with that. I'm currently searching for a new full time career position. I'm available often, weekday mornings, days and evenings. Occasionally weekends too if not traveling. Our yard is large, but not completely fenced in. Our dog is trained, but keep others on a leash. Can also crate them when/if needed.

About: I have always had pets for as long as I can remember. I have raised puppies & kittens, fostered and loved on seniors of all kinds. Some pets include dogs, cats, rabbits, gerbils, guinee pigs, turtles, snakes and geckos. I teach full time from 7:30am to 3:00pm I am available to love on your four (mostly) legged babies in the afternoons, evenings, my days off, holidays and weekends. If there was a need to care for pets in my home I would have a separate space for your fur babies to rest comfortably.

About: I am a stay at home mom with 2 boys. I have plenty of personal experience with dogs and cats. I finished classes and got my certification for veterinary tech and finished my internship at a veterinary hospital in Massachusetts. I was offered a job as the surgical assistant but life decisions brought me back to Illinois. Would love to help families out and put their minds at ease knowing their fur babies are in good hands.
