We tend to forget that It takes a village to raise ‘em right and I’d be honored to be the chosen addition to helping you raise yours. I currently work “on-call” meaning I have ample amount of free time to invest in to my relationship with your fur babies. Whilst I am a devoted stickler when it comes to scheduling, I also understand that life happens and flexibility is a necessity. I can't allow pets in my apartment because they have a no pet policy allowed but I'm more than able to house sit in the client's home.

About: My husband and I have had dogs our entire lives. We have been fostered dogs in the past and our children and current dog both love friendly furry pets! I have very open availability- I am a stay at home mom and 2 of my kids are in school. So outside of drop off and pick ups I have open availability! I have a fenced yard and a friendly small dog to keep your pet company! We enjoy going on walks around the neighborhood and playing fetch in the backyard.

About: I have about one year of hands-on pet ownership experience and have been around animals my entire life. I’ve helped train and care for dogs, including Collies and Hounds, with experience in basic obedience, leash walking, crate training, and puppy training. I enjoy walking dogs and providing enrichment to support their physical and mental well-being. I also love bathing dogs too! I have experience with a range of dog personalities, including puppies, senior dogs, and those with special needs, such as medication schedules or mobility considerations. I’m adaptable, patient, and willing to adjust my care style to fit each dog’s individual needs. I try and build my routine that balances and fits my dog and me! This includes daily walks, 10 minute sessions of training, playtime, and decompression time. I also give snuggle and cuddle time, but only if the dog I work with initiates. I also love giving my dog a well balanced diet and hydration especially in this hot weather. I also believe that a dogs world is as big as we allow, and so I love bringing dogs to new adventures, like hiking or a day at the beach. I try to include these at least weekly or bi-weekly. I also love having doggie play dates, and have some minor experience with dogs meeting for the first time! I currently live in an apartment, so I only service for home visits and walking right now. I’m familiar with fenced or semi fenced yards and crating. I have my own dog that I love taking out for walks and training, so if you don’t have a yard that isn’t an issue! I work great when I’m giving instructions in writing or verbal that best helps your doggie!

About: I am a stay at home mom with 2 boys. I have plenty of personal experience with dogs and cats. I finished classes and got my certification for veterinary tech and finished my internship at a veterinary hospital in Massachusetts. I was offered a job as the surgical assistant but life decisions brought me back to Illinois. Would love to help families out and put their minds at ease knowing their fur babies are in good hands. I have one dog who loves other dogs but does not trust humans completely. He can be high energy and loves to play but if that’s not your dogs thing he is also ok with sleeping ALL day. I have experience with high anxiety dogs and elderly dogs as well. I grew up owning cats and have plenty of experience handling them and making sure they are happy. I understand a lot of cats have anxiety with strangers and I will take my time introducing myself to your feline and making sure they are comfortable with me. About: I’ve been a cat lover my whole life and would love to meet yours! I have 3 medically complex 4 yr old kitties with allergies, autoimmune conditions, urinary issues, and anal gland infections. I administer oral pills and liquid twice daily for them, and have experience with subcutaneous injections. The first cats in my life were outdoor cats in rural Michigan. Some of my fondest memories are of the excitement on the bus ride home from school to play with my cat when I got home. While in college, I raised a kitten with my partner at the time and introduced a second cat a year later. They were both super energetic and loved play time with catnip toys! After that, I adopted a senior kitty who ended up being my first medically complex fur baby. She had her remaining teeth removed recently when I adopted her, but we dealt with chronic ear and eye infections as well as inflammatory bowel disease. A few months after she passed, she sent me my current three medically complex fur babies to look after. My experience with dogs is less extensive, but I’d still love to meet yours! Growing up we’d dog sit for my grandpa’s medium sized dog and my best friend had 2 wire fox terriers. More recently, I’ve watched my friend’s tiny chihuahua for a few days who got along well with my cats 🐶🐱 I am starting a new remote job in digital accessibility. I’m expecting to have flexibility to squeeze a visit or 2 in during workday hours, but am happily available mornings, evenings, and weekends 😸🐾 Your pet’s health, safety, and happiness are my top priority as a pet sitter. Please let me know about any medical concerns, so I can properly care for your pet. I will diligently follow care instructions and provide detailed updates on your pet. I will also ensure your home is the same if not cleaner than when I entered if applicable.
