About: I’ve been taking care of dogs for the last 7-8 years for my family, friends, and neighbors. They have trusted me with walking, feeding, and overall loving their furry friends! When my family first got our dog in 2020, I assisted in training him and learning how to take care of a puppy. I have also helped to take care of my roommates pet dog and cat in these last few months as well! During the summer of 2024, my dog suddenly went paralyzed and lost function of his back legs. We had to learn how to take care of him and walk him using unconventional ways, while teaching him how to learn to walk again, so I have experience with a dog who has been partially disabled (but he has regained his ability to walk and is doing great!!) I recently graduated from Miami University, Ohio with my masters degree in speech-language pathology. I just moved back to Illinois and am looking to do some dog walking and pet care/love this summer before starting a new job in the schools this upcoming August as a speech-language pathologist. I will adhere to any requests that the client has. I am willing to put them in their crates, give them treats, play with them in the yard, or go for a nice long walk with them. It really comes down to the clients preference and I will stick to their normal routine!!

Jaime helped me out last minute (about 3 days or so before my flight) with drop in visits for my 2 parakeets and my sugar glider, all animals that I didn't have a chance to have her meet nor time for me to give her a spare copy house key before I left! About: I’ve grown up taking care of both cats and dogs, including small and large breeds. I currently have a chocolate lab who I walk, feed, and play with every day. I also have experience caring for senior dogs and cats, and I understand the extra patience, attention, and care they may need. I’m home from college until August 10th. I’m available all day on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8 AM–3PM for dog walking, pet sitting, and drop-in visits for both cats and dogs! I finished classes and got my certification for veterinary tech and finished my internship at a veterinary hospital in Massachusetts. I have one dog who loves other dogs but does not trust humans completely. He can be high energy and loves to play but if that’s not your dogs thing he is also ok with sleeping ALL day. I understand a lot of cats have anxiety with strangers and I will take my time introducing myself to your feline and making sure they are comfortable with me. Upon arrival at a client’s home, if a backyard is available, I conduct a thorough perimeter check to ensure there are no gaps in the fence and that all gates are securely closed before allowing dogs outside. I follow each pet’s established feeding schedule and ensure fresh water is provided and replenished regularly. For overnight stays, I provide attentive in-home care to maintain your pet’s routine and comfort. If a walk requested during the booking exceeds 15 minutes an additional booking fee will apply for walks ranging from 30 to 60 minutes.  If your pet requires medication, please inform me in advance so I can ensure it is administered safely and according to your instructions.

I currently have a supper friendly dog of my own who loves other dogs and caring for her has made my care routine second nature. If your pet knows commands I have an open back yard that that they can play, a lot of room in my home for comfort and a park across the street which is great for walks and potty breaks. I set a schedule for play time and nap time or I can follow their regular preferred schedule.
