Hera had some stomach irritation 2 days before the booking and our vacation, and the first day Jamie came she let us know that Hera had gotten worse and was throwing up/had loose stool and should be taken to a vet. She was amazing with her communication and letting us know everything that was going on. We got a friend to take her to the vet and get medication and Jamie continued her visits and administered the medication and hand fed Hera. She was so sweet with her and was very understanding of the situation and even had to do some extra clean up of Hera that was not planned for. We would definitely recommend Jamie and would use her again with no question.”
