We had such a great experience! Bella took great care of our cats, and made sure everything we asked was taken care of. She was also so helpful and accommodating with her schedule and always found a way to stop by and check on them. It gave us a lot of peace of mind knowing they were in good hands while we were away, especially with the photo updates. We really appreciated her help and would definitely recommend!

Zach did a fantastic job! I booked him to clean out for very dirty litter boxes and replace them with fresh letter. I was very impressed with his ability to get right to the work at hand, get the job done, and leave everything looking great. He was so fast, he had time to tackle one of two of the cats water fountains, which were also overdue for cleaning and refilling. My kitties will love that their favorite fountain is working again. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
