About: I started volunteering at my local animal shelter back in 2008 through around 2013. I always loved seeing all the animals find their forever homes! I became a cat mom of 2 in 2011. Scratch and Ziggy! They have both since passed over the rainbow bridge.. Two totally different personalities. But they both brought so much joy into my life and will forever miss them!! Skip to 2018 when we adopted a dog from the very animal shelter I used to volunteer at back in the day. His name is Puppy! :) I never thought I could connect with a dog so much in my life. He is now 7 years old and is the king of our household! And he sure knows it too!! I also worked at dog daycare for a short time in western NY before moving out of state in 2024. It truly was the best job! Seeing just how different every pup is from one another. Being able to play and cuddle for a job was the best experience! I have availability during the day between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday! If you need me for anytime after that just let me know and we can figure something out! Meet and greets with myself and your fur babe are ALWAYS necessary. Not all animals will get along with every human they meet. At the end of the day, your pet’s trust, security and happiness are what is most important.

About: Been dog sitting since 15 for daytime and overnight care. Available for walking, playtime, or just companionship for any size dog who needs some love 💗 I do currently have a part-time job Monday through Friday but am looking to walk dogs in the mornings and weekdays after 5:30pm except on Wednesdays and can sit and do visits anytime on the weekends. I live in a very walkable and dog friendly area where your pets will always get the attention and time they need from me while also being safe and accepted.

About: I have always been a dog person. I only have one dog, but I love him with my whole heart. I have been taking care of my neighbors golden retriever on and off for around 5 years now, whenever the owner is away for work. I can work with any size dog, and any breed. I only work part time right now, and for these next two weeks, I am not working at all! I work at a school, so I also get Christmas break off. I start school again in January, but I still will have a decently open schedule. Whatever the client needs, I will do! I am more looking to do drop ins, and walks, but I am more than willing to stay with the pup for a bit and play with them to take some of their energy out.

About: I love animals. I used to have three Shar Peis, which can be fairly temperamental, but I think I was their favorite walker. I've walked dogs with Wag for years and have cared for dogs ranging from tiny pups to large Anatolian Shepherds. I work from home most days, so having a dog or two in the house is not an issue. And, i don't mind sitting at other folks' homes, if the dogs are more comfortable in their own environment. I've recently fenced our backyard with a 6 foot privacy fence, so that visiting dogs will be secure during off-leash play. I live in a quiet neighborhood and there is a large park down the street, so walks can be quite lengthy, if the dog is up for it. I have a few chickens in a coop / run in the backyard. The app asks about my pets but then when I said ‘yes’ only allowed me to pick either ‘dog’ or ‘cat’ - and I couldn’t list birds so I couldn’t update it. 😕. Apparently Rover thinks there are only two kinds of animals??? Visits to the backyard are always supervised to keep everyone safe.
