“Madeline was a complete lifesaver (maybe literally)! I recently had to go out of town for a funeral, and of course my 17 year old cat decided to pick that week to get sick. I messaged Maddie less than 24 hours before my flight left, totally convinced my cat wouldn't be here when I got back, but she responded almost immediately and set up a time to meet Gua. She then basically nursed my cat back to health, giving her food, water, and medication when I was out of town. I can't tell you how reassuring it was to know that there was someone reliable looking after my cat when I was in the midst of dealing with funeral planning. Plus, Maddie sent so many pictures and text updates that it basically felt like I never even left my cat. I can't recommend Maddie enough, and I fully intend to contact her the next time I need a pet sitter.”

About: Ive never owned a cat because my dad is allergic but I have taken care of my friend’s, aunt’s and grandma’s cats and kittens before. I love cats and would love to be able to own one. I have no problem cleaning up litter boxes or of course feeding them.

About: I have had a yorkie growing up named Daisy! She had a long 16 year life before passing Christmas of 2018. She loved to play with her toys and run around the back yard. I'm looking to care for others pets like I did my own. My fiancé and I adopted our current dog Piper in 2024 she is a 20 pound mixed poodle/ King Charles cavalier and a few other breeds all into one. I would say she is our soul dog. She has brought us so much joy and laughter!! I love being outside with dogs, going on walks and playing with toys. The joy they get when being active brings me happiness. I want to be able to provide those services to people who are in need due to time constraints or other life obligations. With my flexible sales schedule I am always around to give my dog Piper the care and love she needs. Which is exactly what your dog will get! Some would say piper (my dog) gets treated like royalty. About: Myself and my husband Dan have been doing Rover and caring for dogs for a few years on and off. We both grew up with dogs so have had many years caring for them. We have cared for puppies as well as senior dogs. Myself and Dan’s days are very flexible and we will have plenty of time to feed, play with, and walk dogs at any hour on the days of the week I am available. Dan works from home full time and I only go into the office 2 days a week. We have a fenced in yard. We do not have a dog of our own so your dog will get all of the attention! We have plenty of room to fit a crate if necessary. We also have a gate to fence off the upstairs part of the house if necessary as well.

About: Hi there! I am so excited to finally be making my pet-sitting official with Rover. I am still new-ish to the area after having moved back in with my parents a little less than a year ago (originally from New Jersey, then moved to California for college and work). I have had the pleasure of taking care of my family dog (Winnie the Cavapoo) since we got her 9 years ago. Hanging out with her is one of my favorite things to do, and she truly makes each day better with every walk we go on and every cuddle we share. I've also gotten to dog-sit for some of my best friends and locals while I was in college, and it really helped me whenever I was missing my Winnie girl! My only hope is to provide you with peace of mind that your pup is in good hands with me! My schedule is pretty wide open and flexible! If there is a time/day on my schedule that looks unavailable, message me and I'll see if I can move things around to make it work (as I share a car with a family member). If you need me to come over and pet-sit at your home, I will respect all the rules you provide me with so you are comfortable with having me in your home while I watch your fur baby. Please let me know in advance to your booking if your pet is allowed on furniture, or in certain areas of your home, and what/where are absolute no-go's, so I can remember to keep them away from those areas. If you use a crate with them, please let me know how you use it with them - if they must be crated the entirety of time while indoors aside from meal and potty times, or if for certain periods of time. If you have a backyard that is fenced and secure, I am comfortable with letting them of their leash (if you permit it) so they have free reign to run around, but if it is not an enclosed space, I am not comfortable letting them off their leash, even if they are trained perfectly - just want to be safe and take all the precautions I can to make sure they are safe while with me!

I have experience with diabetic and senior felines as well. My experience doesn't stop with felines, though, I've cared for many kinds of animals over the years. Among them are snakes, rats, mice, hamsters, lizards, rabbits, guinea pigs, gerbils, fresh water fish, small birds, and dogs.
