“Cynthia was absolutely amazing in taking care of both of our cats Luna and Bear while we were away on our anniversary trip. She truly went above and beyond with her attention to detail in feeding, providing supplement, cleaning the litterbox and area around. She even watered our plants and took in the mail! She is great with her communication and provided very detailed accounts of what work was done along with cute pictures of them playing. Most of all, both of the cats were so happy and calm when we arrived, it was like we never left!!”
“This is our first time using Erika. We are 100% pleased and happy with every aspect of the job. I do have to state that I have a very very difficult job. We have seven cats with seven different needs and several different personalities. Erica did everything. I asked her to do. She is personable and kind. She is very very detailed with her pictures and her updates. She will even update if she’s going to be a little earlier or later than usual. We had to do some tweaking at the beginning of the job which she did not mind one bit. She even did things. I didn’t ask her to do like change certain water, fountains, and retrieve packages. I knew she would, though I really really love the updates. I loved knowing that my cats were very happy with her, taking care of them, which the pictures indicated. I already have her booked for a future reservation. Super happy I found such a gem!”

About: I have loved animals—especially cats since childhood. They have been a part of my life all along. I had my own cat for 13 years and loved looking after and caring for him. For the time being, I don't work on certain days, so I can spend the whole day with your pet and give them all my love! About: 10 years ago I had the opportunity of getting a schnauzer called Lady and since then my world changed with her. 6 years ago I moved from Ecuador to Florida and Lady had to stay with my family, and since then I have been able to be around furry friends as I would take care of my friends dogs and cats while they went on vacation. I currently own a 20 gallon fish tank with 40+ fishies and due to work I cannot own my own furry friend yet. I know my work schedule with a month in advance and I have at least 12 days off every month. Usually my days off are during the week and depending on my schedule I can take care of the doggies or cats before/after I finish working. I live in a townhome around a lot of trails and parks where I can go with your dogs to play. I do not have any other pets except for my fishies at home so they would have my complete attention.

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
