About: I have had a yorkie growing up named Daisy! She had a long 16 year life before passing Christmas of 2018. She loved to play with her toys and run around the back yard. I'm looking to care for others pets like I did my own. My fiancé and I adopted our current dog Piper in 2024 she is a 20 pound mixed poodle/ King Charles cavalier and a few other breeds all into one. I would say she is our soul dog. She has brought us so much joy and laughter!! I love being outside with dogs, going on walks and playing with toys. The joy they get when being active brings me happiness. I want to be able to provide those services to people who are in need due to time constraints or other life obligations. Absolutely it does! With my flexible sales schedule I am always around to give my dog Piper the care and love she needs. Which is exactly what your dog will get! Some would say piper (my dog) gets treated like royalty. About: I’ve been taking care of dogs for the last 7-8 years for my family, friends, and neighbors. They have trusted me with walking, feeding, and overall loving their furry friends! When my family first got our dog in 2020, I assisted in training him and learning how to take care of a puppy. I have also helped to take care of my roommates pet dog and cat in these last few months as well! During the summer of 2024, my dog suddenly went paralyzed and lost function of his back legs. We had to learn how to take care of him and walk him using unconventional ways, while teaching him how to learn to walk again, so I have experience with a dog who has been partially disabled (but he has regained his ability to walk and is doing great!!) I recently graduated from Miami University, Ohio with my masters degree in speech-language pathology. I just moved back to Illinois and am looking to do some dog walking and pet care/love this summer before starting a new job in the schools this upcoming August as a speech-language pathologist. I will adhere to any requests that the client has. I am willing to put them in their crates, give them treats, play with them in the yard, or go for a nice long walk with them. It really comes down to the clients preference and I will stick to their normal routine!!

About: I have about one year of hands-on pet ownership experience and have been around animals my entire life. I’ve helped train and care for dogs, including Collies and Hounds, with experience in basic obedience, leash walking, crate training, and puppy training. I enjoy walking dogs and providing enrichment to support their physical and mental well-being. I also love bathing dogs too! I have experience with a range of dog personalities, including puppies, senior dogs, and those with special needs, such as medication schedules or mobility considerations. I also believe that a dogs world is as big as we allow, and so I love bringing dogs to new adventures, like hiking or a day at the beach. I try to include these at least weekly or bi-weekly. I also love having doggie play dates, and have some minor experience with dogs meeting for the first time! I currently live in an apartment, so I only service for home visits and walking right now. I’m familiar with fenced or semi fenced yards and crating. I have my own dog that I love taking out for walks and training, so if you don’t have a yard that isn’t an issue! She sent us fun updates and the cutest pictures, and it was clear our dog was having the best time.
