About: I am 19 years old and I like to go by Leslie. Growing up on a farm along with multiple giant dogs, I've learned my fair share of pet care. Learning to handle and bathe dogs from the smallest Toy Poodle all the way to the largest Great Dane from volunteering. Speaking of Danes; I share my home with two rescue Great Danes and a Sun Conure. I specialize in dogs and am a former volunteer at Anderson Animal Shelter and Anderson's Wildlife Rehabilitation Center. I can sit for your pets almost any day! I'm free most of the time, other than when I'm out meeting other pets. I provide a large yard for my dogs, a seperate room for my bird, frequent vet checkups, healthy diets, all day access to water and outdoors, moderated chewys and toys, and a personal dog cage for sleeping in at night. In a client's home, instructions and routines are taken very seriously, no matter how specific, to ensure that a pet is well taken care of at all times.

I’m usually able to fit in dog walks and drop in visits on most days, depending on timing. About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since I was little. Ranging from a huge house hippo, to a tiny little chihuahua. I have worked in numerous dog daycares picking up on all different dog behaviors, as well as basic puppy training. I am a certified AKC S.A.F.E. dog groomer as my full time job so I am constantly around all different breeds, temperaments and size dogs! :) I am currently working Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and every other Saturday 9am-4pm, as a dog groomer in Barrington. But I still have plenty of free time to spend with your furry friends! Just shoot me a message and we can figure something out! I can assure you in my care that your furry friends will be well taken care of as well as supervised during outdoor playtime, feeding, and anytime that is needed :) They will be treated as one of my own.

About: I've taken care of both kitten and puppies to a senior dog. It's been a very rewarding opportunity to gain trust from my pets and the pets in my family. I'm patient, caring, and responsible. I work a full time job 9-6pm Monday through Friday. I'm available on weekends, I'll be able to care and walk for most of the day. Keep routine as much as possible, I know it will depend on the pet but my goal is to keep them calm and happy just like any other day.

About: I’ve always loved animals and pets and have been taking care of them my entire life. I’ve had a few jobs where I was a doggy day care specialist and have worked as one for 3 years. I have a good sense of how dogs act when anxious nervous or even excited. My job included staying over night with dogs along with walking them and feeding them. I do work at restaurants in the afternoons during the week and weekends till 8. I have three days off a week in which I can daycare dogs and watch over them. Normally Tuesday and Wednesday. Walking is no big deal my availability is always open for walking I provide attentive, personalized care for pets both in my home and in clients’ homes. I make sure each pet stays on their normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, fresh water, walks, playtime, and any specific care instructions. In a client’s home, I also focus on keeping pets comfortable in their familiar environment while maintaining a clean and respectful space. In my home, I create a safe, calm environment where pets get plenty of supervision, attention, and exercise. My goal is always to make pets feel comfortable, cared for, and stress-free while their owners are away.

About: Hi, my name is Valerie Petty & I graduated from UIC in 2016 with a bachelors in Criminal Law & Justice. I am very outgoing and caring. I love animals more than anything. I had an 8 year old boxer who was with me starting at 6 months, she was my baby and best friend. Unfortunately she passed away October 5, 2018 from lymphoma. I now have three other dogs, Nugget, Delilah and Roo. Nugget was found and we adopted Delilah and Roo after fostering them. Nugget is a labrador retriever, rottweiler mix, Delilah is a boxer mix and Roo is an Amstaf mix. I have also grown up with cats, frogs, birds, hamsters, turtles and all types of reptiles. I love all different types of animals and love meeting new pets. I am allergic to cats and dogs but that has never stopped me from being around them! I promise to treat and care for them as my own. I try to help out as many families as I can but I have to make sure mine comes first! I will always make sure they get enough play time and attention, they can never have enough! Make sure they are always happy, feel loved and taken care of! Pet care is my other job I love! I don't really have a day off which I don't mind, if I'm not with my babies I'm with others. I make sure I keep your pet on schedule as best I can. I will give them the best care possible, their happiness is mine!

About: Hi there! I am so excited to finally be making my pet-sitting official with Rover. I am still new-ish to the area after having moved back in with my parents a little less than a year ago (originally from New Jersey, then moved to California for college and work). I have had the pleasure of taking care of my family dog (Winnie the Cavapoo) since we got her 9 years ago. Hanging out with her is one of my favorite things to do, and she truly makes each day better with every walk we go on and every cuddle we share. I've also gotten to dog-sit for some of my best friends and locals while I was in college, and it really helped me whenever I was missing my Winnie girl! My only hope is to provide you with peace of mind that your pup is in good hands with me! My schedule is pretty wide open and flexible! If there is a time/day on my schedule that looks unavailable, message me and I'll see if I can move things around to make it work (as I share a car with a family member). If you need me to come over and pet-sit at your home, I will respect all the rules you provide me with so you are comfortable with having me in your home while I watch your fur baby. Please let me know in advance to your booking if your pet is allowed on furniture, or in certain areas of your home, and what/where are absolute no-go's, so I can remember to keep them away from those areas. If you use a crate with them, please let me know how you use it with them - if they must be crated the entirety of time while indoors aside from meal and potty times, or if for certain periods of time. If you have a backyard that is fenced and secure, I am comfortable with letting them of their leash (if you permit it) so they have free reign to run around, but if it is not an enclosed space, I am not comfortable letting them off their leash, even if they are trained perfectly - just want to be safe and take all the precautions I can to make sure they are safe while with me!

About: I am a pediatric nurse. I have close to 10 years of dog and cat experience through family pets and recently a diabetic dog named Dexter (has since passed away) I have experience providing oral and injectable medications for dogs. I work three 12-hour shifts per week but each week varies. However, I have flexibility in choosing what days I want to work. I'm typically up at 5am for work so if you need to drop your pet off early or need early check ins I'm available! I live in a single family home with wife. We have safety gates and crates in our home for when we have to step out of the house. I will separate our dog from other dogs if necessary. Food is always kept in a safe spot that no dog can get into. Our subdivision is surrounded by open fields so there are plenty of areas to walk. The backyard is large and fenced in. Fence does not have slats so next door dogs do not have a way in unless we want them for playtime. I walk our dog multiple times a day for potty breaks/exercise. I always walk our dog with a leash and will do so with other dogs. I love to snuggle and play with dogs and will do so with yours! I am happy to meet in advance to discuss any needs required and to make sure I am the best fit for your dog! As a dog parent I understand that dogs are a member of the family that require special care. I want to provide the best, stress-free care for your pup. I can check in as often as you request and will provide pictures and updates throughout the service.

About: Ever since I was little, I’ve always been surrounded by furry friends. I value the tranquility, love, & affection that animals bring. I love every animal; big or small, energetic or calm, you name it! I will take care of your pup the same way I would my own. I am currently working part-time at Enigma 5PM-10PM (Friday & Saturday nights). I also have class midday Monday-Thursday and Tuesday nights. Other than that, I have all the time in the world for your furry friends! I will go above and beyond what is asked. About: I enjoy meeting new clients and dogs everyday! Training puppies/ dogs who need help with training/dog language. I like to make sure the clients dog is happy, and enjoying my company. Making sure dogs sit for a treat, is a great way to make sure they know how to sit for a treat! It’s always good practice! It also is good with their food too! I work part time at a doggy daycare in carol stream. I enjoy meeting new clients/ dogs when they are brought into my work! I love to train newer puppies how to play, sit and stay! I’ve had cats and dogs my whole life. I have also lived with roommates who have animals that I had taken care of while they were away. I used to dog walk for a company called passionate pet sitters and worked at a dog boarding facility. I have done daily walks and overnights. I have always been passionate about animals and consider my own family and would treat yours with the same amount of care and demonstrated responsibility I work full time but I have availability after 730 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays Tuesdays after 430 and weekends I have flexibility all day long.
