I completed a 3 month seminar at Bergin University of Canine Studies in California. I run my pet sitting and dog walking services and recently joined Rover to get more gigs. About: I’ve been a dog sitter since I was young. I’ve also cat sat for several family members before. I love working with cats, dogs, and any other creatures! I have a lot of experience administering almost any kind of medication, from administering fluids to oral meds to transdermal meds. No ask is too much for me! I work Monday-Friday eight to four. So I will work around that. I am also free all weekends. I will even do house stays if needed. I will treat your house as my own. I will leave it the way that you left it. I always follow your instructions whether that be taking your dog out on a long lead, or constant watching in your fenced in yard. I make sure they get fed on time, potty breaks if they need them a certain time apart, ie every hour, etc.

About: I have had family dogs all my life. Currently I have two senior cats and two Belgian Malinois who are part of my family. We’re a very active family and enjoy being outdoors. I’m a stay at home mom which allows me to have a flexible schedule, unless I have appointments for the kiddos. I’m part time military so I won’t be available those weekends but I’ll let you know in advance 🫶 I’m a stay at home mom and a weekend warrior, iykyk. Availability is open unless I’m scheduled for drill and I’ll give an advanced notice or if I have appointments scheduled. I’ll follow your instructions to the T. My dogs have taught me a lot about dog behaviors and what to look out for. Either way I tend to avoid anything that may upset any dog. Cats are much more independent and they usually just need feeding and cleaning.

About: I have been taking care of animals from a young age of 15. I grew up with a German shepherd which started my love for dogs. I use to volunteer at an animal shelter in Iowa when I was going to college. I would walk every single dog because it would break my heart to see them stuck in such a small space. I also rescued around 20 dogs, 50 cats, and one monkey when I was living overseas. I am very empathetic towards animals especially because they are such innocent beings. I also worked with different rescue groups overseas. I currently have 3 dogs I rescued from Peru South America. Their stories are pretty crazy but now they are living the dog dream. So I am very excited to work with animals! I am a stay at home mom looking to help owners with their pets. Having 3 dogs myself I know how necessary it is to have help! 1st I would like to come meet the pet first so we can create a trust. Then I would make sure they were comfortable in their home with plenty of food and water. I would just follow all the rules the owner has for me especially if there dog is on a specific diet. If it is okay with the owner also carry training treats with me for walks.

About: I've taken care of both kitten and puppies to a senior dog. It's been a very rewarding opportunity to gain trust from my pets and the pets in my family. I'm patient, caring, and responsible. I work a full time job 9-6pm Monday through Friday. I'm available on weekends, I'll be able to care and walk for most of the day. Keep routine as much as possible, I know it will depend on the pet but my goal is to keep them calm and happy just like any other day.

About: I am a pediatric nurse. I have close to 10 years of dog and cat experience through family pets and recently a diabetic dog named Dexter (has since passed away) I have experience providing oral and injectable medications for dogs. I work three 12-hour shifts per week but each week varies. However, I have flexibility in choosing what days I want to work. I'm typically up at 5am for work so if you need to drop your pet off early or need early check ins I'm available! I live in a single family home with wife. We have safety gates and crates in our home for when we have to step out of the house. I will separate our dog from other dogs if necessary. Food is always kept in a safe spot that no dog can get into. Our subdivision is surrounded by open fields so there are plenty of areas to walk. The backyard is large and fenced in. Fence does not have slats so next door dogs do not have a way in unless we want them for playtime. I walk our dog multiple times a day for potty breaks/exercise. I always walk our dog with a leash and will do so with other dogs. I love to snuggle and play with dogs and will do so with yours! I am happy to meet in advance to discuss any needs required and to make sure I am the best fit for your dog! As a dog parent I understand that dogs are a member of the family that require special care. I want to provide the best, stress-free care for your pup. I can check in as often as you request and will provide pictures and updates throughout the service.

About: I’ve always loved animals and pets and have been taking care of them my entire life. I’ve had a few jobs where I was a doggy day care specialist and have worked as one for 3 years. I have a good sense of how dogs act when anxious nervous or even excited. My job included staying over night with dogs along with walking them and feeding them. I do work at restaurants in the afternoons during the week and weekends till 8. I have three days off a week in which I can daycare dogs and watch over them. Normally Tuesday and Wednesday. Walking is no big deal my availability is always open for walking I provide attentive, personalized care for pets both in my home and in clients’ homes. I make sure each pet stays on their normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, fresh water, walks, playtime, and any specific care instructions. In a client’s home, I also focus on keeping pets comfortable in their familiar environment while maintaining a clean and respectful space. In my home, I create a safe, calm environment where pets get plenty of supervision, attention, and exercise. My goal is always to make pets feel comfortable, cared for, and stress-free while their owners are away.

About: I’ve had dogs in my life since I was born. My first dog was a 100 pound German Shepard mix, then we got a miniature border collie mix, then a hound, and now we have a one year old german shepard belgian malinois. I have helped train and take care of all of our family dogs and we take our dogs on at least 2 walks a day! I can take care of any type of dog and I will of course love every animal I take care of. I have no problem picking up poop on walks! I would love to help you take care of your Dogs! I am currently a college student at Judson University studying Architecture. I would be able to take care of your pet before 7:45am and I am available during lunch time. I am also volleyball player and practices are normally from 4-6 so I would be able to go over after that. MWF I have class from 1-5 so I wouldn’t be able to go in that time frame and my volleyball games are normally Tuesday and Thursday nights which I could go over after those. I have a fenced in yard at my house but I also have energetic dogs so I take them on walks every day twice a day. They both love to play fetch and obviously they love to go on their daily walks. I can do anything from just letting them out and throwing the ball for them to walking around the block or even a mile. I am flexible with what kind of service your pet may need!

About: I’ve taken care of my own dogs for the last 1( years, all over 40lbs. I’m also familiar with dealing with reactive dogs, I was social distancing well before that was a thing 😃. I’ve taken care of my parent’s cat for the last 2 years and I’m comfortable with changing cat litter. I look forward to meeting you and your pups/kittens. About: My name is Katie Skubisz and I live in Elgin IL. I am a licensed social worker at an alternative school with a masters degree. My cats simba and pumba are featured in the picture above. I’ve had cats and dogs my whole life. I have also lived with roommates who have animals that I had taken care of while they were away. I used to dog walk for a company called passionate pet sitters and worked at a dog boarding facility. I have done daily walks and overnights. I have always been passionate about animals and consider my own family and would treat yours with the same amount of care and demonstrated responsibility I work full time but I have availability after 730 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays Tuesdays after 430 and weekends I have flexibility all day long. I feed my cats in the morning and their wet food in the evening, and of course my golden is a little spoiled (very loved) so he gets a special meal cooked for him. About: I've taken care of and had dogs ever since I was 8 years old. I recently relocated to Chicago and lost my dog a little over a year ago at age 12 to natural causes. I'm very active into sports and take many walks daily. Throughout the year I like to foster dogs to help rescues with adoptions. I like to do a morning long walk 20 minutes or more before I go to work. Depending on what is needed for pet care, I have a pretty flexible schedule to do more than one potty break. After work I also like to do another evening walk if time allows and just to settle down for the night. I have a friendly dog community and do not mind walking multiple times to expend energy. The house is also very spacious for relaxation. If you allow furniture sleeping so do I. I'm flexible to what my clients would want from my in home stays. If I come to your house, naturally I would follow guidelines that your pet is typically used to.
