About: I have had a yorkie growing up named Daisy! She had a long 16 year life before passing Christmas of 2018. She loved to play with her toys and run around the back yard. I'm looking to care for others pets like I did my own. My wife and I adopted our current dog Piper in 2024 she is a 20 pound mixed poodle/ King Charles cavalier and a few other breeds all into one. I would say she is our soul dog. She has brought us so much joy and laughter!! I love being outside with dogs, going on walks and playing with toys. The joy they get when being active brings me happiness. I want to be able to provide those services to people who are in need due to time constraints or other life obligations. With my flexible sales schedule I am always around to give my dog Piper the care and love she needs. Which is exactly what your dog will get! Some would say piper (my dog) gets treated like royalty. She is a princess and is cared for like no other. This is exactly how your pet will get taken care of.

“Jackie was amazing with my energetic boy Tucker!! He loved playing in her backyard and snuggling with her and her pups on the couch. He is tired and happy after picking him up. It was my first time dropping him at someone’s house for Rover so I was very anxious, however Jackie eased that immediately when I met her and her two cute pups. About: I have taken care of dogs, cats, fish, and lizards my whole life. I will spoil your pets based on what the owner allows me to do. I have an 11 year old Boxer who loves companion ship of all animals. Currently I am unemployed so pet care is my main focus. When I’m not taking care of my 11 y/o Boxer and 1 year old Bearded Dragon I’m looking up ways to make my animals more happy I will take dogs on walks at least 2 times a day and will take them to dog parks to run around. I have a 11 year old Boxer that will keep your dog company too. This household is cat friendly as well and will treat the cat like a king/queen that they believe they are.

About: Although I am new to Rover, I have had dogs since childhood, have adopted many in my adult life and volunteer at the local shelter. Dogs are my favorite people! Currently I am mom to our sweet 5 year old mixed breed girl Memphis and our newest baby 7 month old Maisie Grace a pomchi mix. Both of my girls are sweet, energetic, loving , go with the flo kinda gals. They get along great with other pups and when not playing in our large fence yard they love to nestle into the sofa for a snuggly nap. I am home full-time and flexible with our routine so I can help you with yours. If you need someone to care for your dogs while you are away,I am very flexible with schedule and for your dogs needs. We live on an acre with our half acre backyard fully fence by a new 6 foot privacy fence. Lots of room to run and play for all pups big or small! I understand how difficult it is to feel comfortable leaving your fur baby while away, I will care for your dog like they are my own. If that means couch snuggles, sharing our bed or whatever special needs your pup may have I’m all in! I’m happy to share lots of pics with your during their stay so you can see first have the fun they are having while you are away!

About: I have owned and raised 6 dogs in my lifetime and a very experienced pet owner. I have a ton of experience with large breeds. I love all animals and currently own a 2 year Australian shepherd, 20 chickens, and 2 cats. I provide a safe and loving home for dogs. Your dog will will receive a great deal of attention and affection and love. I am a stay-at-home mom so your pet wil receive lots of love and attention all day. I am home most of the day except during quick sports commitments or random errands. Our yard is three aces in an equestrian neighborhood. There are lots of horses, goats, chickens, and other animals around. Your pet will be accommodated for in our home as well as within a 1 acre fenced in horse pasture.

About: We currently foster a variety of different dogs through out the year. We are used to quirky behaviors, shy pups, and just getting dogs to become comfortable with us and our home. We are very adjustable to different dog personalities and requirements, and will be flexible with your needs, and how the dog reacts to us in our home or yours. We have owned many pets in our lifetime, including dogs (as well as fostering). We are well versed in activity, playtime, and training. We love to play fun activities with our dogs such as obstacles, finding treats, water playtime and more! *We will never have a foster dog at the same time we are dog sitting in our home. I work part time from home, and my husband works from home as well. A dog staying in our care will have many walks through out the day, and will be able to go outside every few hours. We have very flexible schedules and outside of a random weekday activity, your pet will be our primary responsibility. In our home, we will tailor set up and activity based on the pet's needs. We are open to using crates, beds, free roaming based on what the pet is used to and comfortable with. We have kids in the home who are very used to working with new animals, especially animals who have come for traumatic environments so they know what to do around new animals-- slow introductions if needed, calm environment, playing in separate rooms etc. We will work with the personality of your dog!

About: I have always loved every different kind of animal out there, but spent my childhood with mostly just cats. 15 years ago, I adopted my first puppy, a German Short-haired Pointer, at the age of 8 weeks. My ex-husband and I decided to take the "treatless training" approach which was a huge success! Crate training, leash training, obedience training were all a collaborative effort and turned out extremely well. 10 years later, we adopted a sweet rescue named Gizmo who was already 7 years old, but became part of the family immediately. They have both passed on now to doggy heaven, but I am always the first to offer to care for other family member's pets anytime I can :) I'm currently working part-time from my home in Blackberry Creek and always have time for some fur-ball company. My 2 girls, 7 and 10 years old, are with me part time and are also very helpful, gentle and patient with our pets and hopefully yours! I have a fenced back yard with plenty of room for your fur-baby to play and exercise! If it better suits you, I can always come to your home as well for potty and play time :) UPDATE 6/8/26 - Since starting my Rover journey in 2022, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting so many amazing pets and their wonderful families. Along the way, our household has grown and changed in ways I never expected. In 2023, one of my regular Rover pups (actually a senior pup) became a permanent part of our family. Tigger’s owner had rescued him from a Chicago Animal Shelter just months before I began caring for him. As a 100 lb. Staffordshire Terrier, Great Dane, Bully, etc. mix, Tigger was a big boy with an even bigger heart. His owner dedicated to helping him become the best version of himself, especially since he wasn’t always comfortable around other dogs. With patience, training, and love, he blossomed into the sweetest, gentlest giant you could imagine. When his owner unexpectedly passed away, her husband reached out to ask if I would consider adopting Tigger. My answer was immediate: absolutely. I couldn’t bear the thought of him returning to a shelter. Bringing Tiggy into our family was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. My girls and I were lucky enough to love, spoil, and cherish him for three wonderful years before he crossed the Rainbow Bridge. We miss him every day, but are so grateful for the time we had together. Since then, we’ve also welcomed two adorable brother cats into our home. They keep us smiling and full our days with plenty of fun and affection. While our family has grown, we’re excited to have some doggy energy back in the house through Rover! When your pup stays with us, they’ll be welcomed with open arms and treated like a part of the family. We understand how much your pets mean to you because we’ve experienced firsthand just how special that bond can be. Our promise is simple: we’ll care for your furry family member with the same love, attention, and respect that we give our own. I work from home full time, so am able to provide your pup with all of the attention they deserve. They are free to run around in the fenced-in backyard and play at their fullest extent! Every pet owner has a different perspective on how to care for their pets. Some require a special routine for dinnertime or bedtime, while others require basic care with lots of love. I will follow whatever instructions are given to me by the owner…and I promise not to judge 😊
