“We couldn’t be happier about the care our greyhound Steely Dan received from Derek and his family while we were on a 3-week vacation. During the time we were away we regularly received updates and photos that assured us Steely was being made to feel at home. Derek has a large dog, Ellie, who is quite friendly, and there were no issues with Steely and Ellie spending time together. Steely is sensitive to thunderstorms, and the meds we provided were administered appropriately with no issues. Finally, when we picked Steely up, he seemed relaxed and content. About: Although I am new to Rover, I have had dogs since childhood, have adopted many in my adult life and volunteer at the local shelter. Dogs are my favorite people! Currently I am mom to our sweet 5 year old mixed breed girl Memphis and our newest baby 7 month old Maisie Grace a pomchi mix. Both of my girls are sweet, energetic, loving , go with the flo kinda gals. They get along great with other pups and when not playing in our large fence yard they love to nestle into the sofa for a snuggly nap. I am home full-time and flexible with our routine so I can help you with yours. If you need someone to care for your dogs while you are away,I am very flexible with schedule and for your dogs needs. We live on an acre with our half acre backyard fully fence by a new 6 foot privacy fence. Lots of room to run and play for all pups big or small! My pup(Max) is up to date with all vaccinations, Heart Worm, Flea and Tick preventative. I would appreciate all guests have their Dog Flu Vaccine, please consult with your Dr. Takes 5 weeks to be good effective. My schedule is really flexible, Please let me know what time might work best for you and your furry family member. We can workout the best time for everyone. I live in an animal friendly neighborhood. My house is ranch-style house with a fenced in yard and a sun room with easy access to my backyard. I also have a friendly dog to keep your dog’s company. If your dog don’t get alone with other dogs, my house is big enough to separate them (I only host two family at a time). She came over every day to walk her while I was away and my family was working. She even checked to make sure my dog was given her medicine and gave it to her if needed. I got messages/updates and pictures every day which really put me at ease. Not only did she take excellent care of my baby, but she also checked in on me to see how my trip was, which was really nice of her. Stephanie really went above and beyond just walking Charlie, she took the time to make sure she had everything she needed and gave her plenty of love. I will absolutely use her in the future!!”
About: I have taken care of dogs, cats, fish, and lizards my whole life. I will spoil your pets based on what the owner allows me to do. I have an 11 year old Boxer who loves companion ship of all animals. Currently I am unemployed so pet care is my main focus. When I’m not taking care of my 11 y/o Boxer and 1 year old Bearded Dragon I’m looking up ways to make my animals more happy I will take dogs on walks at least 2 times a day and will take them to dog parks to run around.
