About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I currently have an 8-month-old Golden Retriever, so I know firsthand that puppies need patience, consistency, playtime, and plenty of love! I also have a 3-year-old cat who absolutely loves dogs, so I’m comfortable creating a happy, respectful environment for pets with different personalities. What I love most about pet sitting is getting to know each animal for who they are. Some dogs want to play all day, some want a quiet spot and lots of cuddles, and some need a little extra patience when they’re in a new environment. I’m happy to meet them where they’re at and give them the same attention and care I’d want for my own pets. My goal is for your dog to feel less like they’re being boarded and more like they’re having a fun little vacation of their own! I recently graduated after being a full-time student, and I’m excited to make pet care a bigger part of my everyday life. I’m intentionally pursuing dog care because I genuinely enjoy being around animals and want to turn that into something meaningful. My schedule is flexible, which allows me to give pets the attention they deserve rather than trying to squeeze them into a busy routine. I’m able to build my day around walks, playtime, meals, potty breaks, and plenty of companionship. Since I have a young Golden Retriever myself, I’m already used to keeping a consistent routine and making sure dogs get both exercise and downtime. My priority is making sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. In my home, I provide a calm, supervised environment with plenty of room for play, rest, and one-on-one attention. I’m also mindful of introductions between pets and always want them to feel comfortable rather than overwhelmed. When caring for a pet in their own home, I respect their routine and their space. I follow feeding, walking, medication, and care instructions closely and make sure their environment stays clean and secure. I know trusting someone with your pet is a big deal, so I want owners to feel confident that their pets are being treated like family while they’re away.

About: Animals have always been at the center of my life. I grew up on a farm, caring for dogs, cats, goats, sheep, and chickens, so reading animal behavior, staying calm under pressure and knowing when somethings off comes naturally to me. Over the years, I’ve trained my own dogs, worked with rescue animals, and volunteered with KARE, where I help rehabilitate, both wild and domestic animals. That experience has taught me how to handle pets of all temperament and backgrounds, including those who were shy, anxious, or still learning the ropes. I personally cared for dogs, cats, ferrets, chinchillas, sugar, gliders, hedgehogs, snakes, fish, turtles, parrots, and a wide variety of reptiles, so chances are, I’ve worked with a pet like yours before! I bring patience and consistency to every interaction, whether it’s a quick drop in or a longer house sit. What sets me apart is that I don’t just love animals, I understand them. Your pet isn’t just a booking to me, they’re a living creature who deserves calm, attentive care from someone who genuinely knows what they’re doing. i’m generally available weekday mornings, weekday evenings, and weekends. My schedule varies week to week, so I keep my calendar updated in real time. If you don’t see any availability that works, feel free to reach out as my schedule sometimes opens up with short notice! when I’m in your home, my priority is keeping your pet safe and as close to their normal routine as possible. I follow your KARE instructions closely, do a quick safety check on arrival, and reach out immediately if anything seems off. You’ll get photo updates every visit so you can see your pet is happy and well cared for.

About: I have been taking care of animals from a young age of 15. I grew up with a German shepherd which started my love for dogs. I use to volunteer at an animal shelter in Iowa when I was going to college. I would walk every single dog because it would break my heart to see them stuck in such a small space. I also rescued around 20 dogs, 50 cats, and one monkey when I was living overseas. I am very empathetic towards animals especially because they are such innocent beings. I also worked with different rescue groups overseas. I currently have 3 dogs I rescued from Peru South America. Their stories are pretty crazy but now they are living the dog dream. So I am very excited to work with animals! I am a stay at home mom looking to help owners with their pets. Having 3 dogs myself I know how necessary it is to have help! 1st I would like to come meet the pet first so we can create a trust. Then I would make sure they were comfortable in their home with plenty of food and water. I would just follow all the rules the owner has for me especially if there dog is on a specific diet. If it is okay with the owner also carry training treats with me for walks.

About: I know how important my dog's well-being and daily routine is to me, and I would love to help keep your dog in their routine! I have experience caring for and training dogs of all types, and will cater to senior dogs, medical needs, or special needs such as sensitive, selective, or reactive dogs. In my spare time I volunteer with my therapy dog Reese, and have experience fostering and training dogs using positive reinforcement. I know how hard it is to be away from your pet but I can assure a safe and successful walk, sit, or stay! I am a teacher, and currently available full time for animal care! Available on weekdays, for stop-ins during the work day, or over holiday weekends. In your home, I can offer lots of your dog's favorite exercise for every season. Depending on their activity level, we can take walks, runs, or just breaks/sniffs. I always clean up after dogs and demonstrate responsible dog ownership in your neighborhood! For stays at my house: the yard is huge, and backs to forest preserve property and pond, but the yard is unfenced so I am diligent about leashes.

I can work around my schedule for walks, in home care, etc. right now I have more availability in the summer. I love animals and treat them like how I would treat anyone else. I had a chihuahua who recently passed away and he lived to be 17. I miss him so much and treat any animal I work with kindness, gentleness, and will give them all the love and pets they deserve. About: I've taken care of dogs of many breeds ever since I was a little girl. I took care of feeding, exercising, and bathing our dogs for my family. I also work as a kennel tech at autumn green hospital where I take care of pets daily including bathing, feeding , playing with and giving medication. I currently work as a kennel tech, and my schedule is kind of all over the place. However, I can bring your pet to work with me after they are reviewed by my boss to make sure they pass their rabies and fecal tests. I’m available Saturday mornings until 1 PM and am free all day on Sundays! I will update this note on a month-to-month basis depending on my schedule. If I were in your home, I would let your pet warm up to me first. Then, I would make sure they have clean water and food, follow any instructions you have for me, and give them lots of cuddles and love to keep them happy.

About: I'm available through call and text almost all work day. I've had Dobermans for 14 years and pitbull mixes for 10. I know how to take care of puppies as well as older dogs, big or small. I currently work with dogs and have been doing so for about 10 years. I know how to act upon a medical emergency. I have had many experiences with slightly aggressive dogs and know how to take the appropriate precautionary methods if needed. I always act in a calm manner, but take initiative when needed. I am fun, friendly and know how to have a good time! Currently work full-time (7-3:30 job) and I am available Monday through Friday, but with constraints. I can take care of your pets early morning before my job around 6am but will be gone for about 10 hours (max) until I get off, I am available to stay overnight as well during weekdays. For full-time pet service I am available Friday evenings through Sunday nights, whatever time you may need me I will accommodate you and your pets schedule/needs. If you are outside of my radius, you may be expected to be charged more per visit. Whatever your pet(s) are comfortable with I will accommodate. I have experience with crate training and free roam of the house, I can adapt to your pets everyday needs/schedule.

About: I have been pet sitting for several years ever since I was around the age of 13. Additionally, I work at Anderson Humane in South Elgin as a kennel tech and have been working there since August! I have worked with many different animals as a Kennel Tech, I also have experience with administering medicine and I am Fear Free certified. My animal experience is very important to me as I plan on majoring in animal science on the pre-vet track this upcoming fall when I head off to college! :) I work part time but I have plenty of time to care for your pets otherwise. I have lots of experience working with shy and reactive dogs and am comfortable with all temperaments because I can handle them well! About: I have had pets all of my life, both cats and dogs. I have worked at an animal shelter for three years where I took dogs out for daily walks, gave them enrichment and lots of love and patience. I would love to get to know your dog and find out how to give them the best days possible! I am also very prepared to clean any messes that may occur and make sure that your dog remains safe while we play. I am a part-time college student so I have a few assignments to take care of weekly. I have no other job at this time so school is my only commitment this summer. I always check to ensure that any harmful materials anywhere the animals can reach them. I regularly monitor various toys that are out and ensure that they are not being eaten and playtime is always monitored.
