I value Grace's help very much she has been helping me walk and feed my two chihuahuas for almost two weeks while I'm at work. She is very patient and listen to all my concerns since my pets are on the older side and can be a bit difficult with new people.

Kimberly was amazing with our crazy dog! We just moved and he was a bit anxious, but he loved her! She even offered to sew up one of the things he tore up in his kennel! She is so sweet and kept me informed on how my crazy little boy was doing while I was at work! I will definitely book her again!

Caroline has been walking Frito twice a week for the past 6 weeks. Frito adores her and she is communicative, responsible, prompt and flexible. Also, when it has been cold out, she takes Frito for small walks (as I have asked) and then spends time playing with him and loving on him for the remainder of the time. When Frito was having digestive problems on one of her walking days, I contacted her that morning and she moved around her schedule to be able to give him an extra visit to ensure he was ok. I was so grateful and it gave me the peace of mind to leave him knowing she would be there to care for him. I knew he would be in great hands and that Caroline would communicate every detail with me. Not only is she great with dogs but she is just good people. If you are looking for a reliable, friendly, kind, dog person you need look no further!

About: I’ve owned cats and dogs my whole life! I love both! I also rode horses for many years and have had friends with bunnies and rodents so I have experienced many types of animals I’m a college student! Tuesdays and Thursdays mornings i’m in an elementary school and Wednesday’s I spend my whole day on campus as well as Thursday afternoons. I’m free most of the time ! I don’t board animals due to my own pets. But i adhere to any schedules and routines done in the home. I also respect others property. I always leave the place clean and tidy after staying and make sure to communicate anything necessary.

I stick to routines and make sure your pet feels comfortable and cared for while you’re away. Pet care fits naturally into my day—I like having something to look forward to, and spending time with animals is honestly one of my favorite parts of it. About: What sets me apart is the genuine care, patience, and attention I give every pet. I’ve been around dogs and helping care for them since I was 10, which has given me experience with different breeds, personalities, and energy levels. I also currently have a one-year-old puppy of my own, so I’m very familiar with energetic dogs, maintaining routines, reinforcing good behavior, and providing plenty of exercise, playtime, and affection. I understand how important consistency and trust are when caring for someone’s pet, and I always make sure animals feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I’m attentive to each pet’s individual needs, whether they’re playful and active or prefer a calmer environment. Pet parents can expect reliable communication, regular updates, and lots of photos for peace of mind. My schedule is very flexible, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention, care, and companionship throughout the day. I’m currently in grad school and work for a local school district, which means I have summers off and additional flexibility throughout the year. I’m available for walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting during weekdays and weekends, and I do my best to accommodate different routines and last-minute needs when possible. Because I have a one-year-old puppy of my own, I’m already used to maintaining consistent feeding, potty, exercise, and play schedules, so caring for pets fits naturally into my daily routine. I make sure every pet gets the time, attention, and care they deserve while their owners are away. Safety, comfort, and trust are always my top priorities when caring for pets. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and specific needs so they can feel as comfortable and stress-free as possible while their owners are away. In a client’s home, I make sure pets stay on their normal schedule with feeding, walks, potty breaks, playtime, and plenty of attention and affection. I’m respectful of each home and always keep pet areas clean, secure, and safe. Because I have a one-year-old puppy of my own, I’m very mindful about supervision, consistency, and creating a positive environment for animals. I also provide regular updates and photos so pet parents can feel confident knowing their pets are happy, safe, and well cared for.

About: I have been pet sitting for several years ever since I was around the age of 13. Additionally, I work at Anderson Humane in South Elgin as a kennel tech and have been working there since August! I have worked with many different animals as a Kennel Tech, I also have experience with administering medicine and I am Fear Free certified. My availability is open most of the time so just let me know when I’m needed and I should be able to accommodate! I look forward to meeting your pets! I am experienced in ensuring your animal stays comfortable and happy even if they may get nervous meeting someone new for example... I have lots of experience working with shy and reactive dogs and am comfortable with all temperaments because I can handle them well! I know how important your pets are so I am well prepared for anything!

About: I have always loved every different kind of animal out there, but spent my childhood with mostly just cats. 15 years ago, I adopted my first puppy, a German Short-haired Pointer, at the age of 8 weeks. My ex-husband and I decided to take the "treatless training" approach which was a huge success! Crate training, leash training, obedience training were all a collaborative effort and turned out extremely well. 10 years later, we adopted a sweet rescue named Gizmo who was already 7 years old, but became part of the family immediately. They have both passed on now to doggy heaven, but I am always the first to offer to care for other family member's pets anytime I can :) I'm currently working part-time from my home in Blackberry Creek and always have time for some fur-ball company. My 2 girls, 7 and 10 years old, are with me part time and are also very helpful, gentle and patient with our pets and hopefully yours! I have a fenced back yard with plenty of room for your fur-baby to play and exercise! If it better suits you, I can always come to your home as well for potty and play time :) UPDATE 6/8/26 - Since starting my Rover journey in 2022, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting so many amazing pets and their wonderful families. Along the way, our household has grown and changed in ways I never expected. In 2023, one of my regular Rover pups (actually a senior pup) became a permanent part of our family. Tigger’s owner had rescued him from a Chicago Animal Shelter just months before I began caring for him. As a 100 lb. Staffordshire Terrier, Great Dane, Bully, etc. mix, Tigger was a big boy with an even bigger heart. His owner dedicated to helping him become the best version of himself, especially since he wasn’t always comfortable around other dogs. With patience, training, and love, he blossomed into the sweetest, gentlest giant you could imagine. When his owner unexpectedly passed away, her husband reached out to ask if I would consider adopting Tigger. My answer was immediate: absolutely. I couldn’t bear the thought of him returning to a shelter. Bringing Tiggy into our family was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. My girls and I were lucky enough to love, spoil, and cherish him for three wonderful years before he crossed the Rainbow Bridge. We miss him every day, but are so grateful for the time we had together. Since then, we’ve also welcomed two adorable brother cats into our home. They keep us smiling and full our days with plenty of fun and affection. While our family has grown, we’re excited to have some doggy energy back in the house through Rover! When your pup stays with us, they’ll be welcomed with open arms and treated like a part of the family. We understand how much your pets mean to you because we’ve experienced firsthand just how special that bond can be. Our promise is simple: we’ll care for your furry family member with the same love, attention, and respect that we give our own. I work from home full time, so am able to provide your pup with all of the attention they deserve. They are free to run around in the fenced-in backyard and play at their fullest extent! Every pet owner has a different perspective on how to care for their pets. Some require a special routine for dinnertime or bedtime, while others require basic care with lots of love. I will follow whatever instructions are given to me by the owner…and I promise not to judge 😊

About: I’ve had Dogs since I was little. I currently have 2 German Short Haired Pointers which is a very high energy breed dog. With that being said I’m comfortable and able to care for small to big dogs including high energy fur babies🐾 I’ve also been a Nanny for 4 years and care for toddlers so i’m ready for anything! I’m currently working part time as a nanny while attending ECC for Nursing. This allows me to have a flexible schedule to care for your pet(s)! Having owned dogs my whole life i’m comfortable with any care your pet may need. For example, giving dogs medication as my own dog is very stubborn about it.

About: My energy to match each animal is above many other sitters. I love to stay active and go on adventures. Snuggle time and training time is equally important. If your pet loves attention, then we will be a great match. I worked in a Shelter/Daycare and loved every minute of it. I am currently taking care of 2 elderly clients in their home part-time and would love to fill my time with your precious family pet. I would be unable to take your pet in my home at this time. My preference would be in your home which is more comfortable for your pet. OVER 30 MILES TRAVEL +$10 EACH WAY.
